i can’t believe how quickly my wireless earbuds always degrade when all i do is exclusively buy off brand $40 ones and use them every single day for 6+ hours a day 🙄

my therapists unwillingness to concede at all that most positive psychiatric outcomes rely on patients doing all their own research and coming in with a specific medication approach that the doctor can rubberstamp is really making me more reluctant to go back to my psych bc it’s like well if you can’t acknowledge the basic reality here why should i believe your insistence that this will definitely help me. when i told her like i know that’s not what it’s supposed to be like but the majority of my own and people i know’s experiences have reflected that she was like well that’s really sad. yeah no shit

it’s so funny how my only coping mechanism for life is just inhabiting a fantasy world in my head but 90% of the things i choose to populate that fantasy with are still just like. sad and fucked up

i literally cannot possibly imagine a worse mindset than the one i have rn going into turning thirty lmao i feel like i have lost everything remotely worthwhile or good about myself and can’t get it back not that there was much to begin with “hehe”
