Agriculture, capitalism, technology, patriarchy and so on are human made systems upheld and supported by humans. These aren't systems that were forced uppon us, but they were made by us.

Whenever people criticize these system they won't ackowledge that humans want these system and that's why they're here and that's why they will stay.

You're against capitalism? Good luck trying to convince people that they should give up their privileges, cheap goods, comfort and all the niceties that this modern world has to offer.

People in my country could never give up cars and will gladly pay the high gasoline prices. They don't give a fuck about the pollution, noise and environmental problems that they cause. I live in a walkable city with great public transit and there are still thousands of cars on the street! And don't get me started on rich people... People don't want to eat the rich, they want to eat with the rich!

Human nature is lazy and greedy among other things and that's why capitalism is here to stay.

If we would want to change these system then that would mean we humans would have to fundamentally change our nature. Capitalism, patriarchy and so on are our nature.

Writing coping mechanisms on the internet isn't going to change that. People are all bark and no bite anyway. Always trying to appease others. Change won't happen that way anyway.

Women are socialized and brainwashed so bad, that they can't help themselves and be misogynistic and fuck men and support all their evils! -> Which would mean that women are like children and shouldn't have rights (like voting rights) and need a guardian to help them make good decisions.

This is how society views female genitalia. They don't quite view it as a human organ in all the integrity that would insinuate. They view it kinda like an accessory to dick. It's defined in relation to dick- not defined by its own self. It's viewed as like a negative space juxtaposed to a positive object (dick). There is no female to inhibit their desires, ask of them for romance or a $100 dinner that convinces no one but her that she is worth something right? No risk of pregnancy. No week-break from sex for menstruation or even more if she experiences PMS. None of that. No pickiness.

One of the things that western women dislike is the idea of virginity because it is associated with conservative ideals . And I agree with them . I think the concept of virginity as conservatives determined it is nothing but a female sexual objectification to prepare her for private prostitution ( traditional marriage ).

However the contradiction arises when the same women sheer concepts such as " sexual revolution " which gave women a tough time with public prostitution ( yes women in every sexual setup are prostituted to men as passive objects to be acted abon with negotiated " consent " and humiliation sexual rituals, where's the liberation or freedom in that ? ).

Chosen separatism ( actual virginity which has nothing to do with the concept of virginity that conservatives uphold ), is the actual freedom from male sexuality and from objectification and it is a freedom from the thirst trap that nature sets up for women.

When women are forever virgin, they are free from the humiliation of sexuality and aren't compensating their boundaries or " consent ", they don't have to obey their sex drive which makes them stronger and having more self respect. And to be honest with you. I am a hetero women, I have high libido, but men ( straight men especially ) were capable of decreasing my sex drive to the degree, I don't get attracted to men easily nowadays.

Our bodies and hormones are dumb sometimes but it gets smart when we give them the right information and when we stop photoshopping reality. That's why I go insane when I see straight women are still attracted to straight men. Especially when they dropped the mask and showed women their ugly nature. That thing should be more than enough to turn off the female sex drive. I say with a confident tone as a woman with decent libido, there's nothing that moves me sexual towards straight men unless my fantasy to r*pe them and giving them harsh time. And even the latter is decreasing over time and I feel more neutral and sex-less motivated about their existence.

-they get angry when you bring up separatism ("heterophobia!", "I can't change my sexuality!", "I don't want to be lonely!")

-they will hypocritically say that no matter how a woman looks like she's still a woman, while gossipping and hating on gnc women behind their backs

-they will always see women as victims no matter what

-they never allow any talk about the misogyny of women and brush it off as "internalized misogyny" even though it plays a big role in our society and has mental health effects on other women and especially girls, not to mention women helping pedophiles, rapists and serial killers to get victims

-their insistense that every perverted, degenerate woman and women who post porn of themselves are in reality men or women who are exploited by men because they always see women as victims

-they live in an echo chamber were they repeat their dogmas and that's it, no critical thinking allowed

-trying to hold women accountable is always shut down with "don't victim blame!"

-feminism is nothing but a coping strategy about female biology and their desire to fuck men

-feminists make it very clear that they're desperate and can't live without a man and will find every reason to not have to accept that men will never change

-which means that feminism will never liberate girls and women

-their insistence of matriarchy over separatism because it's very obvious that they can't live without getting fucked by men

-and so many more reasons that I have probably forgotten

Depends on what you mean by distractions. I'm thinking of entertainment media. In that case: Yes, sometimes.

A lot of media is trash. Its funny how people call AI created content "slop", when human created content is mostly slop.

The majority of media is shallow and generic and exists to cater to tired working people to have something to do after work or unintelligent people.

I feel like my life is pointless. I'm a bit nihilistic and due to all of my health problems, life is tiresome and exhausting. I use entertainment media to distract myself from that and the realization how doomed humanity is (capitalism, environment, feminism etc.).

But it's getting more difficult, because I also realized how pointless entertainment media is. Let's be honest, it's a waste of time! A lot of it is generic and stupid. And no, it's not modern entertainment media, as some nostalgic people might say. It has always been like this. A lot of classics are trash! But nowadays there exist so much media compared to back then, that it might seem that way. But when I think about a lot of mangas, books, anime, shows, movies etc. that I have consumed when I was younger, I couldn't really tell you any good ones.

Which doesn't mean that good ones don't exist. I started reading the manga "Atelier of Witch Hat" and I'm loving it. Same with the video game "Clair Obscur: Expedition 33". The worldbuilding, the character and world designs and the dialogue are great! But they also make me realize how much trash there's out here.

I sometimes also consume "slop" when I need a palate cleanser or something quick and relaxing. So I like reading thrillers. A lot of them are mediocre or bad, but they're fun enough I guess. I also listen to music, go to the cinema, museums or art exhibitions.

Still I have become disillusioned with the world we live in and wonder what's the point of it all?

Since a few years now I wanted to try drawing and writing again and I wonder if that might help to distract me better. That's probably would I should do instead of wasting my time consuming mediocre entertainment media. I rarely watch youtube or any streaming services now, so I have more time for other things.

Creating is probably better than consuming.

By the way sometimes I wonder what our world would look like without entertainment media. It's crazy how it's such a big "need" for people. People will pirate something because they can't live without it or go buy a vpn to watch a show that's not from their country or complain online about how expensive games, books and streaming services are getting and complain about rich people (the same they're giving their money when consuming/buying media).
