Ofc I didn't listen- until more recently a few months ago when "mood swings" became "planned suicide + self harming"- I've been physically harming myself now constantly this entire week and its getting worse every day and one wrong thing is gonna make me nsmfbdkdjd i don't want anyone to have to deal with me like this imsoterrified—

The migraines he gets are genetic, so he has always had em but they're just worse now. his mom would get the same type of headaches and would lash out a lot because of how frustrating they were (she would lash out on others while Xander now lashes out on himself)

and since he and his family arnt humans, any type of painkiller/medication would be ineffective, forcing him (and his mom at the time) to just deal with them

Xander gets these chronic headaches/migrants but they're became a lot more severe after death

medication obviously cant work on vampires since its just never strong enough, no matter how many they take
