hi! hi hi. sorry. I guess this is me calling a hiatus bc I’m getting super busy with school work. four english classes will do that to you. I have a lot of writing and reading to do, but I don’t have finals. so, by the time finals week comes around I’ll be back home with my mom for christmas!  so… .

SEMI-HIATUS / HELLA LOW ACTIVITY UNTIL DECEMBER 6TH 

I will be posting replies if I get the random string of muse (and time) and maybe I’ll post edits I make. but the hiatus is a thing so I’m putting it into effect now. 

I love you all sm and i hope you all understand that I’m being swamped with work and for thanksgivings break i’m going to be working most of the time because it’s also black friday.

               aaron hotchner wasn’t in the habit of disturbing his employees during their personal time, and he didn’t normally make house calls UNINVITED. however, there are exceptions to every rule (even in his somewhat stringent handbook). approaching spencer’s front door, aaron wasn’t sure he could PREDICT what he’d find inside. if reid was having a hard time with restraint while working a case, it was hard to imagine how taking time off might manifest itself. he hadn’t exactly given him a choice, two-weeks paid leave, MANDATORY.                 it was time and space he’d wanted to give the young man, but after two-days and no returned texts hotch had taken it upon himself to check-in. a PEACE offering is held under his left arm. a series of personal journals from colonial virgina. they’d been in his family for over a hundred years and he’d PROMISED spencer once that he’d bring them over. he tenses when he notices the door slightly ajar, stepping inside slowly and glancing around.  ❝hello, anyone home?❞                                                plotted(ish) starter @nditsdoctor​

                    It   had   been   DAYS   since   he   returned   back   to   his   apartment.   Without   a   doubt,   Spencer   barely   slept   much.   The   only   times   he   closed   his   eyes   were   when   the   needle   punctured   his   arm   and   he   felt   the   drug   store   heroin   enter   his   system.   When   his   eyes   would   close,   he   would   get   glimpses   of   his   past.   Most   of   them   were   happy   memories   with   his   mom,   when   they   would   be   at   the   park   and    she   would   be   on   her   medication.   Most   of   the   time,   they   were   good   highs.   If   he   tried   to   sleep   without   help   from   anything,   the   nightmares   would   start.   Tobias’s   face   with   Charles’s   voice   would   chime   in.   Spencer   helping   Raphael   carry   out   the   countless   killings   of   sinners. 

He   was   tired.   But   today   he   was   laying   on   his   couch,   still   in   his   pajamas,   staring   at   the   question   if   he   would   chase   away   the   nightmares   with   another   high.   The   syringe   and   bottle   of   dilaudid   sat   on   his   coffee   table   when   he   heard   his   door   creak   open   and   Aaron   Hotchner’s   voice   break   the   overbearing   silence.   Spencer   panicked,   grabbing   the   bottle   and   the   capped   needle   on   the   coffee   table   and   shoving   it   under   his   couch.   The   rest   of   his   stash   was   in   his   nightstand,   safely   tucked   away   from   view. 

Was that supposed to be an insult? Or was it some backhanded compliment? Anthony couldn’t quite work out what point the other guy was trying to make. He had worked hard to get where he was, he’d studied, put in the hours and done everything he could to make a name for himself. Anthony knew not everyone loved lawyers, but he didn’t deserve to have some pretty boy look down his nose at him. “I didn’t go into Law to please any one.” He’d done it to get away from his father, to have the power and money to put that life behind him. “I know not everyone respects lawyers, especially one who defends the guilty, but I take great pride in what I do.”

                 Her   skin   is   soft   as   he’s   getting   used   to   another   presence   so   physically   close   to   him   that’s   much   longer   than   a   hug.   Spencer   almost   hums   to   the   touches   against   his   head,   her   nails   doing   wonders   that   send   tingles   down   his   spine.   It’s   all   new   to   him.   Yes,   Spencer   has   had   crushes   and   sexual   attractions   towards   people,   but   he’s   never   gotten   to   the   point   of   having   the   other   person   in   the   room   with   him   alone.   He’s   a   virgin,   yes,   but   he’s   read   enough   about   the   subject   of   sex   to   understand   the   concept   of   it.   With   a   curiosity   as   big   as   Spencer’s,   nothing   will   stop   him   from   doing   a   little   research;   even   if   it’s   something   as   odd   as   sex. 

His   hands   were   still   against   the   fabrics   of   his   couch.   But,   as   her   fingers   play   with   the   knots   in   his   curly,   messy   brown   hair,   his   hands   move   to   rest   at   her   hips.   Though,   barely   touching   the   flimsy   grey   shirt   that   trails   down   her   back,   his   hands   hover   against her skin. Even from his research, Spencer’s mind is swirling with   different   thoughts   as   to   what   to   do   with   his   hands.   His   lips   still   slightly   wet   from   the   saliva   from   their   recent   kiss.

he says,  looking  genuine  at  them.  The  sickening  reminder  that  he  too  would  be  stuck  inside  a  home  with  doctors  upon  doctors  continuously  reminding  him  to  take  his  medication.  Maybe  he’d  be  on  the  couch,  next  to  his  mother,  as  they  fade  the  days  away  from  the  drugs  that  were  told  to  help  their  condition.
