NCG, Inc

Over this past weekend, NCG, Inc attended a client conference in New Jersey. There were over 300 people in attendance. The conference is designed to give people an opportunity to fine tune their leadership skills and help them gain valuable knowledge that will help them in their careers. 

It was at this conference that Rob was presented with a Top Leader award. Rob has been a part of the NCG, Inc family for the last year. Within that time frame he as consistently shown his natural leadership ability time and time again. Rob is always looking to give himself an opportunity to advance in the company and learn new skills.

Whenever we want to delegate responsibilities within training, running a meeting, or providing development within our company, Rob is one of the first people that we look towards to handle these responsibilities. It is because of this that NCG, Inc awarded him with the Top Leader honor.

Northeast Consulting Group (NCG), Inc. is a privately owned marketing firm. We specialize in client relations and brand building. Our job is to help the companies that we work with grow and expand through their target markets. For our people, we offer employment within an Account Management position. This position is part of a Management Development Program. Today, Mindea Gause received her first promotion at Northeast Consulting Group (NCG), Inc. and is one step closer to her long term goal!

Mindea is a Connecticut native; she grew up right here in Bridgeport, Connecticut! Her favorite sport is basketball and she loves the San Antonio Spurs and the Miami Heat. Before Mindea began her employment here, she was working at the Cheesecake Factory. Her biggest influence through her life has been her Father. He always was determined and taught her to be strong and to not let anything or anyone keep her from hitting. This is probably a big reason why Mindea has experience so much success in our company in such a short period of time. Within the next 12 months, Mindea plans to earn her promotion to Assistant Management and put herself in a position to get promoted into a full Management role shortly after!

Each week the Employees at Northeast Consulting Group, Inc get together and vote for who they feel like has been setting the right example inside and outside of the office. This week, Alex Dunleavy received the Employee Spotlight. Alex has been an instrumental part of Northeast Consulting Group's success and is soon to be promoted to Assistant Management. So, we decided to get to know Alex a little bit better!

Alex was born and raised in Kent, Connecticut. When it was time for college, Alex attended UConn in Storres, Connecticut. He attended the Business School and Majored in Marketing. Growing up, Alex was involved in many different sports such as cross country, basketball, and baseball. While Alex was attending UConn he was part of the Ski and Snowboard Club, Intermural Basketball and Soccer teams, the Concert Committee, and SUBOG (Student Union Board Of Government). Wow! Busy guy!

Alex just doesn't like to play sports, he enjoys watching them as well. His favorite teams aer the New York Giants, the New York Knicks, and the New York Yankees. He also enjoys to watch a little curling, cricket, and figure skating. Hm, pretty diverse taste!

For fun Alex enjoys snowboarding, playing basketball, watching movies, bowling, and spending time with his friends and family. Alex also enjoys drawing, photography, and filming!

Each week the representatives at Northeast Consulting Group get together and nominate someone who they feel like has been stepping up and setting the pace in the office for the Employee Spotlight. This week, Rob Conte is our featured employee! Rob has only been with the company for three months, but he has already shown us how valuable he is. He has demonstrated his natural leadership ability and has been a part of the training and development of many of his peers.

So, we decided to get to know Rob a little bit better! Rob was born and raised in Shelton, Connecticut. He currently resides in Derby, Connecticut. He is currently attending Norwalk Community College and is studying Computer Science and Web Development/Programming.

While attending high school, Rob was part of the Wrestling Team, but he does enjoy playing basketball for fun. He also has a passion for philanthropy and volunteered at Relay for Life.

Where sports are concerned, Rob is a diehard New York Knicks fan and loves to come into work every day decked out in Knicks gear, haha! He also likes the New York Mets, New York Rangers, and randomly the Indianapolis Colts!

In Rob's free time, he likes to play basketball, hang out with his childhood friends, and spend as much time as possible with his nieces and God Daughter.

I asked Rob if he had any hidden talents or random hobbies. He told me that something most people don't know about him is that he is great at math. But, for the most part he likes to play Frisbee, play the drums, and pretty much go with the flow and do whatever seems like fun at the time!

2013 was a stellar year for Northeast Consulting Group. We were able to expand to three additional offices, promote two Assistant Managers, and add an additional campaign to our office.

With phenomenal leadership given by Owner, Jolene Foor,  Northeast Consulting Group continued to uphold it's standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to excellence for our client  Because of that, the goals we have been able to set for 2014 are even bigger than we could have imagined. With the addition of our second campaign, we are looking to expand to four additional locations in 2014 and promote an additional 3 Assistant Managers.

As much success as we achieved in 2013, Northeast Consulting Group is excited to countdown to 2014 and continue to provide opportunity for our employees and keep our company expanding!
