In the film Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire (2012), Jesper Poubelle is a parody of the Fire and Brimstone sort of preacher, who has taken his crusade to ridding culture of all things Vampire (and also wants to be mayor). Played by Jim Cummings using the exact voice you'd expect, he gets the Louisiana town hes in to ban vampires and make him in charge of a mob to get them. The police chief even joins, bringing a noose
Daphne's new fat turns out to be an air dress which saves Fred from asphyxiation 10.4%
In Scooby-Doo! Frankencreepy (2014) the gang ends up at a castle in a small eastern-european nation, lured there by villains past who are trying to tear them all apart on a mental level. Daphne is tricked into putting on a dress that inflates to make her think she's fat now, because of course!! Later Fred and Daphne end up in a room that is collapsed to be air tight, but the dress tears, allowing them to survive long enough to dig out.
The mystery machine becomes the mustard machine, complete with paintjob 10.6%
In Scooby-Doo! Legend of the Phantosaur (2011) Shaggy gets a formal anxiety diagnosis and is barred from doing anything Mystery related. The gang decides to take him to New Mexico for hypnosis therapy, but in order to use their only ride, they give it a new paint job to get around it being mystery based.

In Scooby-Doo! The Sword and the Scoob (2021) it is revealed that Shaggy has ancestry in a small English town that was suspected to be a location of Camelot, and is specifically a descendant of Sir Norville, who was a knight for King Arthur. Towards the end of the movie, the villains reveal that he technically has control over the town and it's property because of this, which they try to swindle him out of.
A billionaire creates a Rapture-like city on the moon 6.9%
In Scooby-Doo! Moon Monster Madness (2015) the Gang is invited to tour a city built on the moon by a multi-billionaire, as part of the first ever Space Tourists he plans to make his business out of. The City has a remarkable resemblance to Rapture from Bioshock.
A little person disguises himself as a child camper to blow up a dam 3.9%
In Scooby-Doo! Camp Scare (2010) the gang are counselors at Fred's childhood summer camp, which has been beset by monsters. One of the few remaining campers, Deacon, turns out to be an ex-con little person, Baby-Face Boretti, who is the mastermind of the monsters, with the goal of scaring people away from the camp so he can blow the nearby dam so as to find his old cellmate's treasure, which is hidden in the town that the dam made into a lake.

In Happy Halloween Scooby-Doo! (2020) Daphne spends much of the movie mentoring under Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, including swapping outfits with her. At the end of the film, Daphne asks Elvira for her wig, at which point the rest of the Gang realize she is trying to steal Elvira's identity, which they note she just. does sometimes.

In Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright (2013) the Gang is part of a televised Talent Show. 5 different people use the same Phantom of the Opera Costume, all for different reasons. They are: A man from the sewers who believes himself to be disfigured and originated the costume in the 70s/80s; one of the hosts of the talent show, who is using the legend to draw police presence away from the building he intends to rob; the other host of the show, who hopes the backstage footage of the haunting will lead to better ratings; the parents of one of the contestants, who hopes to get rid of the competition so his daughter can win; and the owner of the building, who only starts after Fred and Daphne accidentally plant the idea in his head to use the legend to burn the building down and collect the insurance.
Velma drives the gang off a cliff while singing showtunes 12.2%
Back again in Music of the Vampire (2012), the movie is a musical, and starts off with Velma driving the Mystery Machine while the whole gang sings. She drives onto a rickety bridge which snaps and plunges them several hundred feet off a cliff into water. I'm gonna link the whole song here its great.
