When I started watching ParkNotes on Youtube I realized I needed to carry a pocketbook with me, as my phone is just too slow and clunky and full of ads to use for notes. I coulda done this in college but FieldNotes' perfect size and graph paper, combined with the Commonplace Book tagging system, allow for much tighter organization. I do keep a diary but my Catch-All adds an extra dimension of recording details of the day. What I had for lunch doesn't matter, but if I remember the food I might remember the conversation too. So far I've got little icons I put next to tags. If someone recommends something, or I learn a new recipe, or a new random fact, or log something I saw somewhere, or want to timestamp a digital photo stored elsewhere, I can put it here. When a book is full, I scan it, turn it into a PDF, and put it in my phone digitally; it's still slow but this way I can carry all my previous pocketbooks as well.

Y'know I can't think of a lot of villains who advocate reading as much as Dio does. It's in his victory stance for chrissake! He just carries a pocketbook with him everywhere he goes in case he runs into dull moments!

What would you do if a bunch of random blokes just started coming to your door and inviting all their friends and you didn't have the means of getting them out and nobody came to your aid?

Originally posted this on some meme spot on Reddit ages ago but Reddit's such a pain in the ass for posting just something funny you made and wanted to share with the world. Everything gets instantly deleted and they rarely tell you why, and when they do it's bullshit, cuz they tell you "If you're not a proven high class meme artist then go to this sandbox and earn it scrub!" Like, dude, just wanna make memes.

I coulda put more effort into this but really I just wanted to get it out of my head. I guess that's the point though :)

You ever notice how the Lynda.com logo and Daria look so much alike? I guess this is the career she found once she hit 40. It suits her!
