These are baby zebra finches. They are too young to get food for themselves.
Baby birds are fed by their parents dropping food into their mouths. For some birds these can be small bugs or seeds; for others, their parents grind it up into goo in their gizzards and vomit goo into their mouths. (Some even feed them milk that they make inside their own throats). Most birds have a crop, which is a sort of pouch at the top of their eosophagus where they can hold way more food than what can fit in their stomach at once; they shove a whole bunch of food into their faces and swallow it slowly over time. Normally, a parent would put as much food as they could into these annoying brats' mouths to fill up their crop.
These finches don't have a parent, so their human handler is doing the job with a syringe. When they are a bit older, they will learn to eat by themselves and this will no longer be necessary. Until then, they will be Really Loud And Annoying whenever they are hungry, as is the way of baby birds.

When I was fourteen I left all of my friends and everyone I knew to move to Scotland, then we stayed in our first house in Scotland for a little under a year
Then we moved to our second house and stayed there for about a year, then my family became homeless
Then we got a temporary flat for a few months which then in 2019 my mum got the house she is still in today
2021 I moved out.
Then I was homeless for a year or so
2022 I moved to the city I am in now
Stayed in student accommodation for about 9 months then moved into a flat with some friends
We were there for 3 years it was great but emotionally messy which happens when you get 3 abused young adults living together
Then this year me and my girlfriend moved in together, it’s been wonderful but this flat is falling apart and we are either gonna have to move out in our own or we are gonna get evicted, let’s see which one comes first
If you remember being a teenager you're a creep because you straight up saw yourself naked back then. The only way to be righteous is to obliterate your mind with drugs until you can't remember anything
