So I’m not where I want to be exactly with my body BUT when I look at the changes I have already made in the last 2 ½ years I’m beyond proud. And to think I just woke up one day and said I wanted to work out. Taking care of yourself is much more than physical. It’s a mental emotional and spiritual journey that gets really hard sometimes. And while I had my rough days I had even more better days. It’s okay to be proud of yourself. Although I’m still learning that daily. But it’s never okay to give up on yourself. Never.

Still going. Officially down 90lbs and although you can’t tell I have crazy muscle in my legs. 45lbs away from my goal 😭💛
