1. Where is your blog title from?
My blog title is just me saying how normal I am about repressed characters bc they all end up being my faves. If you couldn’t tell from the Natalie Goodman URL, the Laurey Williams profile picture, and whatever I’ve been doing with Harcourt lately
2. Latest movie? What did you think?
Latest new movie I saw was Brightburn bc I’ve been making my through James Gunn’s filmography. It got bad reviews but I actually liked it!! Throughout this filmography journey it’s just been me going ‘wow this is such an interesting comment on misogyny and toxic masculinity’ and then it just does the most edgy misogynistic tired bullshit and I’m like oh it wasn’t doing it ironically I see. But I’m happy to say that this one didn’t do that because either was not from 2008 ❤️ anyway I enjoyed the theme of the patriarchy’s influence on young men. Which was almost definitely unintentional but whatever. I saw the vision Mr Gunns (x3- he made it with his brothers)
3. What are you looking forward to right now?
Uhh I’m seeing the play 1536 in a few weeks and I’m excited for that! Also just booked to see Blood of my Blood because they just announced Patrick Vaill for it and I’m nothing if not predictable (also because it looks great in general!!)
4. If you could do anything at all today, what would it be?
Hmm I’ve really been wanting to go to the cinema but I haven’t had the time or energy so probably that
Alcohol: malibu and coke. Non-alcoholic: tea!
I… wash it. That’s pretty much it whoops
7. Favourite way to travel? Is there another way you want to try?
I LOVE A COACH!! I love just sitting in the dark for hours and listening to music while I am moved along slowly and can just watch outside the window. I love transition time. Also like a bus for that same reason, to the point that at uni I was genuinely considering just buying an hour long pass and just doing the full route again and again. I’m normal

December! Cozy winter vibes I love
9. Favourite time of day and why?
Morning I think bc I haven’t overstimulated myself yet usually <33 specifically when I’ve got nothing on and can just have a slow morning drinking my lil tea
10. Do you play or follow any sports?
Not really! The only ‘sporting’ thing I follow each year is uh Crufts. I love Crufts. I don’t think that really counts a sport but it’s a sport to ME okay I love those little dogs
11. What kind of music has been stuck in your head lately?

I’ve said this before but it still pisses me off that Judomaster is taller than me. At least if google didn’t lie to me the other day
14. What could you talk about if you give a TED talk on anything?
I feel like my vigilcourt presentation to @billseacastersdarlingboy was close to a TED talk so I’m saying that
15. Piece of advice you find yourself giving a lot?
Hmm. I feel like I tell others a lot to not worry about what they can’t control. Which is advice I should take myself more often lol

Stop caring what other people think. Chill out babes
17. Do you believe in any luck or superstition? Do you carry any lucky items or follow any rules?
I have OCD so I’m actually banned from thinking that my thoughts and actions have an effect on the world lol. But I’m glad everyone else can have fun
18. Are you musical? (Play any instruments? Sing?) Would you perform for an audience?
I play ukulele! I’d probably be okay playing that for an audience but absolutely not singing or anything no thank you

Anything but speak. I hate speaking. So I guess type??

Uhhhhhh. Listen I’ve been meaning for an excuse to post my James Gunn needledrop best of list so if anyone wanted to ask me about it and give me an excuse to ramble
