Hi everyone,
I don't normally do this, and this is difficult for me to ask tbh (asking for help is just not in my nature fr)...😓
I recently became ill shortly after starting a new job and ended up missing 9 days of work. I was initially misdiagnosed with norovirus, but after a hospital visit I learned I actually had a pretty bad urinary tract infection.
Unfortunately, because of missing 9 days, my upcoming paycheck won't be enough to cover my expenses and my next full paycheck isn't until July 10.
Right now, I'm trying to cover my upcoming rent, transit costs, and basic groceries so I can continue getting to work while I get back on my feet.
I've already been exploring other options, including loan applications and assistance programs, but I've been running into roadblocks due to my low credit score and only recently starting a new job, which has made it difficult to qualify for any loans or credit cards.
If anyone is able to help, even a few dollars would genuinely make a difference. If you're unable to donate, you can always like, reblog, or send words of encouragement or good vibes, they would also mean the absolute world to me!
Thank you for reading and for your kindness 💜🙏✨
Rent: $1054
Transit Costs: $100
Groceries: $200
Update:
999/$1354
We've nearly reached out goal!
Thank you to everyone who has reblogged and donated 🥹😭 I'm overwhelmed with the generosity
I finally got to go home 🥹✨️ but still need to be on heavy antibiotics

"do it scared" is valuable advice but it'd also be SIIIICK and AWESOME if it stopped being scary at some point. any point
a book should be $5 a little drink should be $2 and museum access should be free and all hours
my partner said something that kinda rocked my world
Always bear in mind that there is absolutely no legitimate evidence that Luigi was actually the one who killed the insurance company guy.
Of course he wasn't. He was at a party with me that day.
No but like literally, actually. All bits aside.
He didn't do it.
The cops very clearly planted evidence on him because they had to make an arrest because all eyes were on them and whoever actually did the deed was making them look stupid.
Why would the real killer hero have kept the weapon on his person and traveled two states over while carrying it and a manifesto in his bag, conveniently turning the crime into a federal matter? The same guy whose bag they found in a park, filled with monopoly money? Why did the police turn off their bodycams, take Luigi's stuff, drive a block away, turn their bodycams back on, go back into the restaurant, and then arrest him?
From the moment of his arrest, even left-of-center media has been presuming his guilt without examining anything (e.g. calling him "the killer" instead of "alleged" or "accused") and then when I say he didn't do it, the nearest person chimes in with some quip that tells me they think he did do it but should go free anyway. Don't get me wrong, I would have the same attitude if he had done it. But he didn't. It makes me feel like the only sane person in the world, even among my staunchly leftist friends.

Are you a headache person, or a stomach ache person?
Headaches
Stomach aches
no nuance. if you feel like you get both consistently, pick the one you get the MOST, or that affects you the Worst.
