if its disability pride month can we acknowledge mikey is as heavily implied to be disabled (adhd) as donnie is with his autism..... like ik it doesnt factor into his character as heavily as it does with donnie who has his whole complex but there's such an untapped well of potential there + it adds something to how tight-knit b team is

Shoutout to everyone with ADHD who has their disorder deemed “not a big deal” by the same people who boil ADHD down to a minor inconvenience that only makes you forgetful and distracted. It is SO much more than that and that should be recognized as what it truly is: a neurodevelopmental disorder that can affect every aspect of peoples lives.

My favorite tmnt adaptations and fan artwork are the ones where each brother has varying features. Like, I love when people draw Donnie as an ectomorph with a longer face, Mikey with a round face, Raph as an endomorph with a boxy face, and Leonardo with a pointy snout (esp when it’s rottmnt fanart of him since he’s a slider in that adaptation, and sliders have pointier upturned snouts.
