The mission of The National Association of Mobile Home Park Residents (NAMPR) is to protect the interests of homeowners and renters living within mobile home parks and manufactured home communities; to pool resources to collectively negotiate issues such as fair rent charges, safety, including community criminal background check policies for new residents, in-community religious and educational opportunities, in-community employment opportunities, and general issues affecting the community residents’ quality of life in mobile home and manufactured home communities. NAMPR is a not-for-profit organization. NAMPR adheres to a modest operating budget. All excess proceeds are placed into a scholarship fund dedicated to providing free post-secondary education to children who were raised in mobile home parks and manufactured home communities.
