What was she fighting for? A more just society? A new order of things? Retaliation ? Heroes and villains often were sides of the same coin — abusing power, forcing their sense of morality on those who lacked in strength or will. Levi, having been labeled with both names, never claimed to belong to any. Morality to him, was another mystery meant to remain unsolved. Was the heart meant to follow the rules society had set — adjust to the norms time and catastrophe had shaped through the eons of human existence — or was it meant to listen to its own rhythm, ignoring all else? Another question, whose answer would remain secret, while he battled for his own ideals, whether right or wrong.

Looking back at his years as a criminal, he saw a cornered man, trying to earn his place in the world using the only means he ever had known. His hands, stained with blood, as much as hers was. Did he have regrets for who he used to be? If so, he wouldn't be the man he was to this day. If so, they wouldn't be standing in front of one another. Time had taught him one could keep moving forward, only that way — free of shackles like guilt or regrets to bound him.

The crossover verses available so far for Levi Ackerman are:

arcane: enforcer. Formerly a criminal in the underground, Levi used to be one of the most famous gang leaders. Turning down an offer made by Silco, got the people closest to him killed. After being arrested, somebody took interest in him and his abilities and offered him a deal: in exchange for his freedom he’d offer his services to Piltover and become an enforcer.

bnha: pro-hero/u.a. teacher. Once an infamous criminal rumored to be quirkless, Levi’s Quirk was Foreknowledge: Having the ability to see a few seconds in the future. Convinced to become a hero under the Hero Commission’s surveillance, he’s also teaching the second-year’s hero course close combat/martial arts at U.A. High School.

bsd: detective. A member of the Armed Detective Agency, formerly the leader of a team of thieves. His ability allows him to see a few seconds on the near future.

hunger games: champion. A Hunger Games champion from district 12. He volunteered when one of the people closest to him was chosen for reaping.

kny: demon slayer. Trained to become a demon slayer, after someone close to him died, Levi swore revenge and decided to act independently of the Demon Slayer Corps. His power is at the level of the Hashira and he’s using Wind Breathing.

noragami: shinki. Shinki of a God of mischief, Levi was released by his master before he died, in hopes Levi would find another God to serve after his death. For hundreds of years, Levi’s wandering the world without a master, faithful to the man to have given him another chance in life.

supernatural: hunter. Levi’s a wanted thief, who had to watch his family be murdered in front of his eyes by supernaturals. After his meeting with a hunter, he decides to join him and help him exterminate every creature to harm humans. But he’s unaware he’s not entirely human either.

Contrary to the popular belief that Levi's smoking / would be smoking in modern settings ( I assume because that'd make him even more ‘ hot ’ than he already is ), in my portrayal Levi's disgusted of smoking and could be judgemental to those who have a habit like that.

Levi's a person who follows a healthy way of living, as much as he's allowed by circumstances ( financial situation for example ). He's working out, following a healthy nutritious diet, to a degree where he's not overdoing it but taking proper care of himself. His sickly appearance is the result of his chronic insomnia, possible vitamin D deficiency, and undernourishment in his childhood. Levi's grown in hardship, only to learn it is one of the most important things to respect one's own body ( in this regard, his obsession with being clean is partly explained ).

Smoking to him is an act of disrespect. Choosing to slowly rot your own body for the sake of ephemeral pleasure. Choosing to make yourself sick, despite knowing the risks. Even though he's not judgemental ( not to his core, he might appear to be at times but it's only his attitude ), he will be an ass to those who smoke. Levi's haunted by sickness ( he lost his mother to sickness ), and he's not willing to watch the people he cares for, self-destruct this way in his presence.
