FLATLAYS can be rather therapeutic. Being Creative just sets your mind free ( to me at least) and i’m very much am a visual creature.
So what the heck is this Creativity?
1)It's an ability. Yeah like Professor X is X men. Heh:) A simple definition is that creativity is the ability to imagine or invent something new. Creativity is not the ability to create out of nothing but the ability to generate new ideas by combining, changing, or reapplying existing ideas. Some creative ideas are mad brilliant, while others are just simple, good, practical ideas that no one seems to have thought of yet.This is the crucial part when most of us break away. To have that constant battle to <conform>
2)Creativity is also an attitude. The ability to accept change and newness, a willingness to play with ideas and possibilities, a flexibility of outlook, the habit of enjoying the good, while looking for ways to improve it.
3)It's also a process. Creative people work hard and continually to improve ideas and solutions, by making gradual alterations and refinements to their works. The creative person knows that there is always room for improvement.
Creative Person: "I like to put water in my orange juice so it's less sweet."
Ordinary Person: "You're weird, you know?"
Ordinary Person: "What are you doing?
"Creative Person: "We're decorating our living room and painting the vases
"Ordinary Person: "You're crazy.
"Creative Person: "Why don't we add a little garlic, hotdogs, parsley and cheese?"
Ordinary Person: "Because the recipe doesn't call for garlic, hotdogs parsley and cheese!.
"Ordinary Person: "Why are you going this way? It's longer.
"Creative Person: "Because I like the drive.
"Ordinary Person: "Did anyone ever tell you you're strange?"
So here's the common thing what we overheard. Sometimes, I really wish that people just let us be. Seriously just shut up, don't judge and give us the creative freedom. Don't call us names just because you don't understand it. The simple formula in life is to respect and be kind. As much as you like to call us weird and crazy, we don't wish to call u basic. #corright or #cowrong?
