I absolutely ADORED the new aliens x pet reader I love their yandere side. I did have a question though I canât remember if you already mentioned something about it so please forgive me if Iâm just repeating an ask.
Do they âgetâ why reader is so upset? Like I know on some level they do but I donât think it really clicks for them how helpless and trapped reader really feels.
Also I kinda think it would be funny if there was an even bigger alien species that tries to get the yandere aliens as pets. I could see pet reader in the background saying â see thatâs how it feels!â. Just for curiosity sake how would the yans react to another bigger alien species that tries to keep them as pets?
Sorry! I just find your world building so interesting and would love to learn more! I hope you have a great night!
I mean, yes and no.
It's kind of like finding a sad abandoned puppy on the side of the road, taking them home and caring for them only for that puppy to keep trying to run out the door for the first few months.
It's also not all humans. They don't just take them from Earth the humans have to be 'abandoned.'
Obviously, the reader does come around, and the aliens eventually chill out. But the reason the reader is so combative at the start is that the aliens never really explain what's happening. Garden just wants a human and doesn't know much about them. Melon knows a lot more and genuinely wants to learn but the reader is stubborn, and he thinks that if tried to explain anything now, they wouldn't listen, so he just vaguely threatens them (lovingly).
Of course, he gets back into it when he learns that humans sometimes use violence as a means of affection (biting)
If there were a bigger alien out there, I honestly don't know how they would react. Realistically, I imagine there would be only a very small population of them almost like something akin to a myth.
This really big alien would be a sort of boogeyman to other species "If you're bad, they'll steal you away from your bed and keep you in their collection."
In reality, they're probably just very solitary and only take aliens they think are cute. like yeah its not that much better.
like the best answers i can give you is that they'd be freaking out hard, like they go full on wet cat
About our aliens parents, could we see more their yandere side? Maybe about when reader recently got "adopted" and try to run away from them. How would they react and what would they do? :]
Yandere aliens x reader [platonic]
haha yes, i also want to preface this by saying that garden would be the yandere early on and melon later on so its mostly just garden here. anyway let me know if you guys want more of them like this ( ęâĄę)Â
they were humiliated, stripped of their title, their planet, their very humanity. And what did they do? Just smile and ask reader if they wanted a treat?
reader hated them for everything they did to them, the way they expected reader to accept being reduced to nothing but a pet. That wasnât going to happen, reader wouldnât let it happen.
-
reader had hid behind one their dresser, one of the few places the aliens hadn't found them yet. It had been...some time since it all started, but without any real sense of time, reader couldnât tell how many days had actually passed.
"Where are they? I haven't seen them the whole day?!"
"Who cares if you want another one so badly? Maybe get one that's actually trained this time"
reader overheard the aliens arguing about them through the walls, and reader didnât make a sound.
they hadnât told the aliens their name, but the purple one insisted on calling them things, human, sweetheart, dear. Every word they spoke made reader want to tear their own ears off.
The soft beep of the door opening caught their attention, and they scooted back against the wall, making themselves as small as possible.
"Should have made them wear the heat suitâŚ" one of the aliens muttered under their breath as they rummaged through the room.
And then came the silence. reader knew they hadnât left yet, but not knowing exactly what they were doing was the scariest part.
"There you areâŚ"
their head snapped upward, meeting the soft blue glow of the aliens eyes. Adrenaline pumped through readers veins as they scrambled across the floor, only to find their escape foiled by the door being closed.
readers arms were yanked above their head and pinned against the very door. âLet go of me!â reader screamed at the purple one, but they showed no emotion.
"You need to stop hiding from us," they said, voice trembling slightly. "Donât you see this is better than anything you had on Earth? No one ever cared for you back there, why do you think they even sent you up here? To die just like the rest of them why canât you understand that?"
Their grip on readers wrists tightened. "We love you. I love you. I think about you every moment youâre out of my sight. Every time you run, it hurts me more than you can imagine. So why do you keep trying to leave?" they begged reader
reader scoffed and spit on their chest, the alien looked down in shock before shifting their gaze back to them"Youâre safest here with us, and even if you did find some sort of wayâŚdo you really think youâre going to escape? You donât even know where you are, let alone how to pilot our ship."
"You have no idea what I'm capable of! And I'm not some pet goddamnit I'm and astronaut!" reader kick at them to little effect.
"Dear... the fact that you canât understand your position is exactly why humans are considered pets, why you need us" they scoffed. "Iâm trying to give you space human. Why do you keep making it so hard for us to take care of youâŚI might have to"
"You gonna hurt me?" reader smirked, glaring at them. "Wrap a collar on my neck, give me a shock once in a while, see how that works out for you"
They bit their lip, struggling to meet your gaze. Their grip loosened, then tightened again. "Iâm not going to hurt you⌠We could never. You mean too much to us, both of us. I just want to keep you safe, even if you hate us for it."
"Then I wish you would..."
The door opened, and they began to drag Reader, kicking and screaming. "You're a coward you know that!? lie to yourself all you want I know you're dying to get rid of me!"
they threw reader into their 'room', it was more like a chuck e cheese play place, reader hit the door with their fist but it only hurt them "s-shit" they stutter slumping down on the floor
soft carnival like started to play from the built in speakers in the ceilings, there was no where to go, and they could keep reader here for however long they wantedâŚat least reader knew they weren't coming to get them, watching them on the other hand..reader could tell they were being watched.
They looked at their wrists with disgust, then at the pile of 'gifts' the aliens had given them.
Clothes, toys, food the reader would rather go hungry than accept any of it. The green one clearly hated them, and they didn't think the purple one was above putting shit inside it.
-
Garden kicked the dresser, destroying its bottom half. "Why did you have to pick up a stray anyway? I heard what they said they think it's better out there than with 'you.' Let them go"
They paused, face completely still, which was unlike their butterfly like features. "They need us they just can't see it yet." They turned around swiftly. "And part of that reason is because 'you' keep threatening to send them out there! Can you just let me have this?!" They pointed an accusing finger at him.
"Because I'm being realistic, dear we found them floating in space. Everyone else was dead. What we should have done was brought them to a-" he paused at their angry expression. "What do you want me to say then?"
"Try to be nice, for me..."
He rolled his eyes. "I'm not going to like them, and they're not going to like us either"
"âŚwell, you stayed with me, and you were far more difficult to work with than they are"
"I'm not a frightened animal." he turned away from them. "Oh, and by the way, your pet hasn't been eating anything you gave them, so if you want to keep them, I suggest you fix that"
I wanna do more "horror yandere" stuff I just don't know what to write. Like like to write horror, but I think I'm better at psychological stuff if anything
And I don't mean like horror movie stuff, I don't usually watch many of those.

Love your alien series(and all your other work:3),
Would Watermelon and Garden have bio/adopted kids?? If yes, how do you think reader would react? Ive been thinking about it for a while lowkeyâŚ.
I've thought about this actually, and if they wanted to, yeah they can definitely have a bio kid, but I don't necessarily think that's what they want. I don't think they (especially Melon) want to bring another child into the universe?
Both have different reasons, of course.
Garden is scared they might not be able to show up enough for their kid, even though they really would, but a human is already conscious and would be able to understand why they have to work on the ship most days.
Melon... is different. I don't remember if I said anything about it, but I think he has a kinda rocky relationship with his family. He's scared that if they have a kid, that kid might see him the same way he sees his family, or maybe he really is what his family says he is, or he might turn into what he hates and blah blah (he worries to much)
however!-
let's say one night both get a little too into whatever they were doing and the next day there's an egg laying between them, well, now they have to take care of it
now depending when this takes place, reader will act differently. if they have the kid before reader joins them, then I think reader and their kid more of a "person you met in high school when you were a freshman and they were a senior, but like not in a creepy way, in more like a familial way, and you both get into trouble a lot"
if its after reader joins then reader because the older sibling at the drop of a hat, that does however mean that in the kid's teenage years they are probably taller than reader alreadyâŚ
Gah, your head felt so dizzy and heavy. When did you go to sleep? You couldn't remember truthfully, you couldn't remember much of anything at all, except the faint warmth that lingered on your head. The absence of their touch made you ache, letting out a soft whimper unconsciously.
You needed them needed their fingers playing with your hair, needed their voice to fill your head. Without it, you felt empty.
Blinking, you look around. The place felt vaguely familiar, however it felt more like you were looking at someone else's memory rather than your own vision. The ceiling was nothing more than tree leaves held up by a shelf carved into a tree. somehow, sunlight still peeked through. The bed itself was plush and soft but you weren't really paying attention to its details.
As if on cue, your dizziness turned into a pulsing migraine, pain behind your eyes and temples pulsed. You let out another whine it was like your body was instinctively seeking them out, desperate for them to return and make everything right again.
and like clockwork âOh, honey,â they appeared with a coo, sitting at your side of the bed. Their fingers brush your cheek, and the pain immediately begins to fade. âDid you miss me already? Such a sensitive thing you are, but I don't mind," they purred.
You close your eyes and lean into their touch. Their hands were so warm and never seemed to leave you each circle their thumb made on your cheek made your head feel lighter, and you started to forget what made you worried in the first place.
âThatâs it, honey your getting itâ Their praise put a smile on your face. "oh i promise I won't let that happen again, ok, know why?"
"Why?âŚ" you mumbled
They took out a gold plated collar with plush lining. "Because as long as you have this on, you'll remember how much I love you"
Your eyes widened a little at the sight of the collar, even though the fogginess of your head, some part of you recognizes what this meant.
They give you a smile that makes you flutter inside. âItâs beautiful, isnât it?â They run their finger along the plush inner lining. âThe inside is as soft as moss, and the gold, oh the gold is the colour of the sun, and all just for you.â they paused for a moment "and if you'd like..i could even engrave it with the name you so happily gave me"
You swallow hard at the thought of wearing it. You want to feel it around your neck because it means that even if they weren't there with you, you'd be able to feel them.
âMay I?â They angled themselves so you were looking down at them, making it even more evident when they tilt your chin up slightly with their hand.
You nod slowly at their question.
They put the collar around your neck. The inside doesn't rub against your skin in an uncomfortable way, and the moment it clicks into place, a rush of relief floods you. Your head clears, and the unpleasant emptiness disappears.
All you can think about is how you are loved, you are wanted, you are theirs.
âThere you go, sweetheart,â they hum, trailing their fingers under your chin. "Now, as long as you wear this, youâll always remember how special you are to me.â
You melt into their hands, a smile appearing on your face, and you giggle. "Now tell me, what would you like to do? I'm not a monster, you know i wont just keep you cooped up in here" They tilt their head to the side.
"I don'tâŚhm" you try to think of something, but nothing comes to mind. And that upset you. you wanted to give them an answer, but you couldn't think of anything you 'wanted' to do.
"How about we go for a walk then? You like those, don't you? We can go for as long as you want and when you get tired, I'll carry you back home." They planted a kiss on your neck, only for it to then get hidden by the loose collar.
"I do like walking, yeah..."
"Then let's go I'll show you my garden, and I just know you'll love it." They touch your forehead to their own before getting up and taking your hand with them.
Hiiii! I loved your Yandere Giant content! Can ya do something maybe about a giant who keeps the reader like a doll or a pet spoiled in a golden cage? (Very old creepy fairytale vibes) thanks so much! đ
Yandere giant x reader
[I tried to give reader a 'songbird' with no voice vibe, but idk how it comes offâŚ]
You never really liked camping. Even as a kid, the idea of sleeping outside made you feel uneasy and exposed. Still, travelling across the country on a tight budget meant you had to cut corners somewhere.
You pulled your bright yellow van into what you thought was the campsite. i mean It looked right but the place felt wrong, somehow?..
There was no one else around. Not a single tent or car, and considering it was the middle of summer, that left you feeling more than a little isolated then you like to admit.
You tried to shrug it off and set up for the night. But now and then, strange noises would come from the woods, sending chills down your spine. You cranked up the vanâs old radio, hoping the music would drown out your nerves, even for a moment.
Unknowingly, you might have led whatever was out there straight to you.
By nightfall, you started to notice things you should have seen earlier. There were no birds, none at all. You werenât an expert, but even you knew that wasnât right.
Still, you told yourself it was nothing, you were old enough to know that it was nothing. You crawled into the back of the van, zipped yourself into your sleeping bag, and tried to sleep.
-
You didn't know how long it had been since you had fallen asleep, but when you woke up, you nearly immediately realized something was wrong. Your van felt airy? And your windows were blacked out completely like they were trying to mimic the night sky.
As you sat up, you realized the van was gently rocking, back and forth, as if suspended in air. Panic set in as you scrambled for the driverâs seat, desperate to get out fast. In your rush, your elbow knocked the radio, which blared the same loud music as the night before.
Even so, you pressed your foot to the gas andâŚ
Nothing happened.
That was until the darkness outside your car peeled away, replaced by a blinding light.
âThere you are, my sweet little thing awake at last,â cooed a voice from above you could tell it wasn't human, it had to much reverberation to it. Only then did you realize your van was hung in the air by a hook and rope. A black blanket on their arms, were they being treated like a bird?
âShh, itâs alright, darling,â the voice hummed, as if soothing a frightened animal which you guessed you were to them. âYouâre so brave for staying so calm. Just a few more moments in there while I make everything perfect for you, okay?â They tsked softly. "Honestly, I canât believe some people think this is a sufficient cage size for a human."
The giant turned back to a desk, revealing a massive, to you at least, elegant cage. But inside, it looked more like a dollhouse, with multiple floors and little 'rooms', only without any walls, and the rooms more like floating platforms held up by bars.
"I've fostered many humans in my days, but all were gifts from others. You, though⌠I think Iâll finally keep one for myself," the giant sighed. "some people say humans sometimes simply⌠appear i never thought it would happen to me...but you, oh, youâre a dream come true. My precious little thing, Iâll give you a home worthy of a human."
Once you collected yourself, you decided to look a little closer at your captor. They looked human, but only if you described a human to an alien. Long pointed ears, and where the whites of their eyes should have been, there was black. A long thin tail flicked behind them.
You turn off the radio and slowly roll down the window. "Where am I?!" you yell out to them. They turn back to you with a smile, not even surprised.
âhush, no need to be scared, sweetheart,â they hummed. âHowever you got trapped in that little cage, I promise you, you'll never get treated like that again."
âB-but Iâm not a-â
But you didnât get the chance to argue a shadow loomed over your van as they reached down, their huge hands almost crushing the van. They lifted you out and placed you in their hands you could only breathe heavily, helpless in their palm.
âNo need for worries, little one," they grumbled at the discarded car. "Your new one is made of pure gold, as it should be, not some yellow painted metal." They tapped and righted the bars of the cage.
You look at your car, now mangled like some sort of toy your only feasible form of escape gone. Sure, running away might still be possible, but look at your size difference a single step and theyâd be able to catch you.
âNow, let me see you,â they said, raising you up until you were level with their black, glossy eyes. âDo you have a name, little one, or should I choose one for you?â
You could tell they meant to comfort you, but their words only made you feel ironically smaller, so helpless to the fact that you survived only because they saw you as a pet, not a pest or bug to be rid of.
âReaderâŚâ you manage to say, not wanting to anger them.
âReader,â they repeated, lips curling up. âThatâs such a sweet name. It suits you perfectly, little one.â The latch of the cage clicked open, and your throat grew dry. This was really happening, wasn't it? It was all so sudden, and they gave you no time to process anything.
âThink of this as your new home, but donât worry, you wonât be cooped up. Iâve made special places just for you playpens and open areas. There will also be plenty of time to just free roam⌠under my supervision, of course.â
You blink, dazed from whiplash.
âI-I don'tâŚâ
âI noticed how music soothed you, so I made sure you have a music box here too,â they said, gesturing to the things in the cage, all of which looked like they'd been either stolen or found in the trash.
Yet as much as this terrified you, their hands were gentleâŚand it confused you. You wanted to resist them, but the warmth and softness of their palm made you just want to curl up, to surrender yourself to them.
Was this of your own will or something with them? You didn't know and honestly couldn't tell if what you were feeling was from your own will. Youâd ached for this kind of care, and even if you couldn't tell if you were the one wanting it.
Every time you thought of something that could happen, theyâd immediately prove you wrong. You were confused and didnât know what to think.
"Y-you won't try to do anything to me, right?"
They let out a soft laugh. "Humans always ask that," they whispered, "but sooner or later, you all melt." They pressed a cool kiss to your head, and you tumbled backward flat on their palm.
They giggled. "But I love watching it happen. Now, are you hungry?"
Bats eyelashes... for totally non sinister reasons... Artfight is hella down right now so could I perhaps get the ref for your aliens I forgot to download it in preparation for the inevitable downtime lol
Yeah coincidently Iâm also facing bad internet so excuse me on that
Anyway hereâs the latest one I have of them, as much as I love them I just couldnât draw them in time in my new art style so they are forever stuck here till thenđ..they wouldnât change though like at all

Caleb and reader sat across from each other in silence, bills and unopened mail scattered across the table.
"Right... we're broke," he admitted, arms crossed over his chest, "which is honestly wild considering we basically live here for free."
"Do you think it was because of the-"
"No, no, the blind box thing was totally in budget. But I think I know what the problem is," he said, closing his eyes for dramatic effect. "We need to talk about our water usage-"
"I'm not showering with you," reader interrupts him.
"I never said that!" he scoffed. "Plus, I'm not that desperate yet..." The back of his tail flicked, betraying him.
Reader leaned back, arms folded, one brow raised. "Okay, fine. Whereâs this âno waterâ conversation headed, then?"
"Maybe... shorter showers? Fewer loads of laundry?" He was clearly suppressing a smile.
"Or you could just stop wasting money on shoes you canât even wear," reader shot back.
"Okay, just because you donât understand their beauty doesnât mean itâs there fault," he said defensively.
A moment of silence passed.
"If you stop buying them, Iâll let you keep one thing in my closet," reader offered.
Caleb's face turned a shade of red you have never seen before. "W-why would you think I want that?"
"Iâve lived with you for a year now, and two things have changed. One, Iâm no longer afraid of your disgusting legs, and two, I know you are definitely not as innocent as you pretend to be."
His tail thumped against the chair as he tried to deny it.
"Look, are we making this deal or not?"
"F-fine."
-
reader didn't expect much, sure, but that last thing on that list was the sweater the spider gave them.
"Can I ask why?"
He shook his head, "No, that wasn't a part of the deal," he says as he walks away happily
(it's because he hates smelling spider on your clothes)
And what about a vampire with a reader that's having trouble sleeping?...
Yandere vampire x reader who can't sleep
(Here you go!)
You were never really a night person, but lately you've been having horrible nightmares. You tried a lot, but nothing seemed to work. Your last hope was to try walking.
Did that mean you had to walk to your local very scary-looking chapel? No, but you thought, hey, if there was a demon following you, maybe this might get them off your back This way to.
You tried to make as little noise as possible, but its doors wereâŚvery old and made an ear piercing sound. Luckily, there was only one other person seated in a pew, head bowed, hands folded in prayer, and he didn't seem to mind much.
feeling a little embarrassed, you just stood idly rocking back and forth on the balls of your feet. You looked up at the beautifully painted ceiling, stealing your attention momentarily.
"It is not wise to come to a place like this alone at this hour,â the voice rich caught you off guard. "It is not the holy that often wonder this late.â How had he gotten in front of you so quickly?
You give him a nervous laugh. "Yeah, you're probably right, but I haven't really been sleeping right, so my mind might not be all there," you admit. âI thought a walk might help.â
Their cold face softens. "I see..Yet it's still an unwise decisionâ
"Do you work here or something?" you ask
He shook his head, "It would be a very cold day in hell before any god would let me work in their house of worship. I'm merely here to ask for forgiveness"
Right, his words didn't freak you out in the slightest
"OhâŚalright then." Your palms were becoming very sweaty
"It's not my intention to scare you," he paused, "I might even be able to help you"
"o-oh no I'm ok actually-"
âNonsense,â he interrupted you, now up close, you could see his eyes were an unnatural yellow. âYou are trembling. You poor thing, you must really be exhausted.â
You tried to say something, anything, "I think I'm just gonna go..." you mumble, blinking up at him nervously. However, the longer you looked into his eyes, the blurrier the world around you became, leaving only him in view.
He extended his hand to your cheek it was cold to the touch. âDearâŚLet me help, I said I came in here for forgiveness, did I not? let me do a good deed in helping youâ as his cold fingers brushed your cheek, you could feel your knees start to wobble and nearly gave out, what theâŚwhat the hell was going on? Why can't you move or look away, for that matter?
"No, no, no, dear, keep looking at me. You were doing so well before.â Although frozen, your body still manages to rush the blood straight to your face. "That's it," he smirked.
Your thoughts became really fuzzy and warm, like the more he spoke, the more blank your mind became. But..it was so easy to just listen to his voice. âSuch a sweet thing, obedient to!⌠However, I did promise I would be doing a good deed this time,â he leaned in closer to your ear, "however, if you so wish to seek me out another night, you know where to find me"
You giggled, very dazed. âYou make me feel really funnyâŚâ You managed, swaying a little until he was holding you to his chest in fear you might fall over.
He lets out a laugh, "The funny feeling will go away shortly, don't worry, dear, I can promise you that no harm will come to you when you're like this"
You felt so sleepyâŚyou lay your head on his chest lazily, "tiredâŚ"
âI can see that, just a few more moments, and you'll be asleep, little one. All you need to do is listen to me and let my voice be the only thing in that empty head.â His cold finger brushed behind your ears, sending a shiver up your spine.
âThatâs perfect,â he praised. âNo more nightmares will come for you while you're here and being so good for me.â A blissful sigh escapes your lips as he continues to speak.
Your mind was a blank and hazy, but you were happy. All you wanted was to stay right here, listening to his voice. You didnât even notice when he pressed a cold kiss to your forehead, whispering, âI'll return you to your bed in due time, dearâ
You nodded sleepily, "okâŚâ
He laughed softly, clearly pleased. âBy the end of my sentence, you'll fall asleep, so with that, I bid you a goodnightâ
You shot up in your bed, almost in a panic. You looked around frantically but found no sign of anyone or anything. hadâŚit all been a dream? No, no, that definitely felt real, but with no way to prove it, you could only chock it up to your imagination.
That was, unless you went back there tonight, and so this became one of the only day you were excited for night to fall, for you to go back to that chapel just like he said you mightâŚ
What do you know about fae? đ perhaps one that wants to keep reader all to themselves?
Yandere fae x oblivious reader
honestly not a lot but I've read a bit of fae stuff so hopefully i got everything right and stuff đŐ. .ŐđŚŻ...
You donât really know why you started your daily walks. Well, maybe you do it was supposed to be for your health. At first, you didnât think it worked, but once you realized it actually made you happy, you started planning different routes.
It got boring, seeing the same things all the time, anyway, and wandering around places you've never seen before made it fun.
Thatâs how you ended up here, standing before a seemingly abandoned forest. The only other thing in sight was a sign that urged you to stay on the path if you valued your lifeâŚthat you did.
The forest itself was breathtaking there were so many flowers, wild berry bushes, and plants just off the path. Still you were one to follow rules.
Yet, the deeper you went, the taller and lusher the trees became, and you kinda felt like you were shrinking or something.
Soft laughter could be heard just a little ahead. Without realizing it, you quickened your pace through the trees. Time seemed to blur the farther you went, and you couldnât quite remember how long youâd been walking, only that you couldnât turn back now.
Thatâs when you saw it, a clearing like something out of a movie and in its center, someone just as if not more beautiful. They lookedâŚwell, you kinda couldn't tell, but they were stunning, their gaze caught yours, and they smiled.
âCome join me, honey,â they called, voice as sweet as their word choice. âItâs so lonely here, you know?â
You hesitated, hands fiddling nervously at your side. âAh, I thought we werenât supposed to go off the path? Wonât you get in trouble?â
They smirked fondly. âHow sweet, worrying about me. But who would catch us? Thereâs no one here but you and me, and Iâd never tattle.â
You stepped into the clearing, the long grass curling around your legs. âWere you here for a walk too?â
They shook their head, âOh, no. I came here to find something. I thought this might be an easy way.â They patted the moss beside them. âAre you hungry, dear?â
You hesitated. âOh, I donât want to be rudeâŚâ
âRude? Honey, Iâd find it rude if you didnât take my offer.â They pulled out something you didn't quite recognize and pressed it into your hand. "It's quite good, you know"
âT-thank you,â you didn't notice the way their smile sharpened, but they were so kind, and your head felt a little dizzy.
âAnd what did you say your name was, honey?â
âReader?â
That earns you a soft pat on the head. Normally, this might be a little condescending, but with them, it felt different.
And as you eat the food they offered to you, you start to feel more and more tired, like you couldn't keep your head up. Slowly, they guided your head into their lap, it was like a pillow.
âAre you comfortable?" they giggle, "just let yourself relax." They run their fingers softly along your forehead. "Thatâs it, I'll keep you safe with me. Just listen to my voice, let it settle deep in that small head of yours. No need to think, just let the worries slip away.â
You muster up a nod as the world around you spins. âThank you,â you mumble again.
They hummed, delighted. âSo polite. Youâve given me your name, your thanks, your trust. You really are a treasure- well, my treasure, now.â
They pull you into their lap. âJust rest. Iâll take care of everything. All you have to do is listen, and youâve been doing so well, havenât you?" They placed a soft kiss on the top of your head
"Let your thoughts drift away. Let your eyes grow heavy. You have nothing to worry about, because youâre mine now, and I take very good care of whatâs mine.â
You blinked your eyes slowly before fully closing them.
Gah, your head felt so weirdâŚplease, you just wanted them to keep petting you, it felt so good. like a puppy cuddling in their ownerâs lap, is that who this was? You can't really remember all that well, but it must have been true.

in a writing mood again ill be back for more â˘âŠâ˘
He knelt down on the cold stone floor, breath caught in his throat as he gazed up at the altar he fashioned in your honor. scraps of poetry and art dedicated to you lay beneath his feet.
Although this place may have been abandoned by most, he would never leave you because he knew you would never leave him, now would you?
You were far from human, beyond comprehension for his unworthy mortal eyes. That fact didn't stop him from his countless depictions, however. But he was getting ahead of himself. "Hello, reader⌠It's nice to talk to you again, haha"
He paused for a moment, trying to choose his words. "I had a bad day again, they just don't understand me and my devotion to you," he scoffed, "they call you false hope, and that you never come. I know they're wrong"
The only response he got was silence.
"On a lighter note, you were right, drinking water did make me feel better, haha, headaches are all gone now...along with the voices" he rubbed his forehead as he laughed. "i just wonder where you got it from"
another longer silence followed
"I wish you'd take me to your plane of existence, even if it blinded me. I think I'd just be happy to be with you." his eyes began to water, and he could no longer hold it in. "Please, I'm so tiredâŚ"
his wails echoed through the candlelit temple. How pathetic of him! How could he let himself be this weak in front of you, breaking so very easily? And his tears were ruining all the papers below him, making the inky smudge all over his already bruised knees.
"then rest"
Unlike so many other times before, your voice didn't come from inside his mind. "Huh?" he whimpered, with his eyes still blurry he was unable to tell what was in front of him but maybe that was for the best.
âShh⌠Itâs alright,â you murmur softly, guiding the back of his head to your 'chest'? gently playing with his hair. âYouâve done enough, my little devoted one. Now let your mind rest. Thereâs nothing more you need to do.â
He trembles in your arms, overwhelmed by your soft touch, your warm body and the sounds it made. You had no heartbeat, but your insides sounded like nothing he'd ever heard before.
âBreathe for me, dear, you're shaking like a leaf in the autumn,â you whisper. âIn⌠and out⌠that's it, you're doing so well. Iâm here now.â
He closes his eyes, tears now dried, "I knew you'd come for me, they called me obsessed, crazyâŚBut I knew you'd come for me." With his eyes now closed, he failed to see how the world began to fade away around him.
âI know my little devoted, rest in my embrace, you deserve it, especially with these dark circle around your eyes." You brush a finger over his cheek gently. "Iâll be here when you wake.â
cradle by his beloved godâŚthis better not be a dream oh how upset that would make him if it all turned out to be all in his imagination, but then again, all his other dreams never felt this real.
If you did end up being real, he promised to devote all his time to you, anything you ask, he'd be the loyal dog he always wanted to be.
Imagine being cursed with immortality, thinking you're the only one out there and thenâŚthen you find somebody who else. Someone who shares the same things you went through, you think you finally found a friend and then..
They became obsessed, no one else in the world matters anymore. Why would they? They'll all just die in the end anyway, so why bother talking to anyone else? All they need is you, and all you need is them.
You said it yourself, no one other than them can possibly understand what you've been through, you're barely human at this point. Why do you insist on talking to mortals? You and they are above humanity, and you have the knowledge of the past to prove it
âŚif they have to, they'll start taking drastic measures, you know it's not like either of you can die.
