Didn’t you say you like the rain?

It’s a lie.

Why would you lie about that?

I wonder about that too.

Baek Dong Joo doesn’t like the rain. She always waits for it to stop or waits for someone to bring her an umbrella. Kim Tae Hee also doesn’t like the rain. He remembers bad memories every time it does. But even though this is the case, he still went out in the pouring rain to get her an umbrella. He still ran with her under the downpour to accompany her.

These aren’t grand gestures, but it made my heart flutter so much. The fact that he has made compromises just to make her feel better is already a big clue that he likes her (he just doesn’t realize it yet). 

Hang in there. You can do it. But can we really do it? Sometimes, saying that we can do something can be more discouraging. We haven’t learned about a world in which you don’t have to do well and can fail. Still, let’s do the most we can. Let’s do our best. But I still hope that even if we fail, we’ll be strong enough to get back up again.

it's hard to come to terms with the fact that you can't do things that you used to be able to do. I'll be honest, it feels like you're losing control of your life. it can feel very isolating and hopeless. its scary and overwhelming, and it's so hard to deal with.
