Small success today, i fit in this chair at uni that i didn't before. (17kgs pre op. Sleeved 24/03/16 so 13kgs post op)I've been so absent on here sorry sorry i've been super busy. Will try update more!!! I'm eating solids now! Cannot tolerate eggs... still mourning not being able to binge like i used to. Luckily i have an amazing best friend that talks me out of my bullshit whinges!

Current statistics. 17 kilos lost from 15th January to my sleeve date 24th of March 2016. 7 kilos down since my surgery. I've been stalled since about the 4th of April 2016 and it is now April 22nd 2016 It's a tough journey and although my losses are short my energy and will to be more proactive has improved by miles. Yay! C xxx

Hey :3 So i haven't posted in a while i've been pretty busy. Bit of a catch up though, i've been stalled since the 4th of April. But i have had heaps more energy which has been awesome. I've been focusing so much on getting water and protein in i think i may have made some bad choices but i'm definitely trying to learn as i go and discover my new tum! Okay so today is day 17 post op. I ate about a quarter of this over 20 minutes and now i am writing this from the toilet. So many foods give me the poops or make me want to vomit it's crazy. It's pretty frustrating and disheartening when i need to make myself something to eat. I wasn't hungry at all but mum wanted me to sit with everyone and eat breakfast. Now for half an hour on the loo haha. My tablets are really hard to take without wanting to vomit. I can't wait for the brighter times to come because right now i feel like a fat lump with eating issues haha. Whom hasn't lost any weight in about 4 days. But my period may be coming so that won't help lol. Also this is my bariatric bowl i absolutely love it. And i have a kiddy fork because in the past i load up my fork and this is a habit i am trying to break. C x

Quick post, forgot to take a pic but i just ate half a quarter cup of mushed spaghetti with a pinch of light cheese. God damn it actually went down well i feel a little perked up actually getting food down and not feeling super heavy. Greeeeat sucess

Sounding like a downer today but i guess i was under the impression my depression would let up after surgery. Wishful thinking i suppose. I'm still not getting hungry... just head hungry.... i'd murder for a bacon deluxe haha. I have however found an obsession with 'laughing cow' cheese, bit of protein but tasty af. Nice mix from protein shakes. This mushy foods stage is sucky when i don't identify hunger or want anything. Tomorrow i'm going to try grilled fish for lunch. It gets me down that i can eat so little too it's like prepping for two mouthfuls. Kind of messes with my head a lot. End of day 15 anyway, looking forward to feeling normal. Now to binge watch Wentworth. C x
Today i have failed GREATLY with my protein. I had an egg for breakfast (check previous post) annnnd an icy pole. I dont feel hungry persay but head hunger is a bitch. I think my mind is mourning food right now haha. All i want to eat is popcorn? Which obviously i can’t. This whole procedure was such a huge step and every day is super challenging. Sometimes i used to think this surgery was the easy way out. Holy shit it seriously is not. If anyone can message me good wls blogs to follow message me please 😘😘😘Â

 Current feels;
Day 1 puree stage!! 1 egg, pinch of light cheese, pinch of pepper. I ate until i felt satisfied, possibly too fast because when i was finished oh my lord the next half an hour felt like i had lead in my tummy i felt extremely full but my head was like YOU CANNOT POSSIBLY BE FULL EAT ALL THE THINGS. Maybe i should add a bit of milk next time because it was a bit dry going down. All in all excited to be eating food haha. But i think i'll miss lunch. I need to have a protein shake really but i'm feeling too heavy and I'm scared of throwing up :( C x

Tomorrow i start my two weeks post op mushy diet! this past week i have been dyingggggg for this stage
Now it’s so close… i’m not so excited… i’m also not the best cook. I feel so unprepared and blegh
i’m going to go simple and have a scrambled egg for breakfast. It’s crazy how easily you feel full so it seems like so much effort for a couple of bites haha.
Today i suuuuper craved a bacon deluxe from hungry jacks soooo bad. I think they refer to it as head hunger, my brain is like i could just get one and eat it. But in reality lol no i couldn’t because 1. i would vomit like crazy and 2. i haven’t eaten anything solid in over two weeks haha
