Hey bishes. I snapped and decided to publish first chapter of my current project. This was inspired by @glitterfreezed​​ playlist . Honestly I am so thrilled for this story. Synopsis : Isn’t love a matter of timing after all ?  That’s what Sabo has always thought. It was about finding the right tempo, making the right moves and hitting the right spot. Patience is a virtue after all, and he had a lot of it. It all started when your ex cheated on you. You were heartbroken, you needed someone and he was there. Was he always that hot ? You didn’t know. But after that night you have never seen him in the same way.

A/N : HEYYY ! Is me again. It's soon summer season. So I thought about writing some headcanons to give all of us some courage and love. Enjoy these ! Warning : Sabo and Ace are kinda suggestive.

Sabo He legit wants to hide you from everyone's sight. He doesn't want any man laying his eyes on you. This idea infuriates him, but he keeps his cool, focusing on your beautiful frame. "Wow baby, you're looking amazing" You could feel his gaze on your body, making you want to hide yourself. You put your arms around your sides, unable to look at him. It was the first time that sees you in a bikini. Actually, you hated wearing these. You felt naked and exposed. "Why are you hiding yourself ? You are stunning. Actually, I am quite jealous that everyone can look at my baby girl like that." A smile, a comforting one. It wasn't easy to look at him in the eyes. You felt like you were melting. Was it the heat or was it the effect of those compliments on you ? "You're sure...? You don't think that I look...Well...I mean...ugly.. -Shhh...he puts a finger on your lips. You're saying nonesense. In fact, I don't know if I could restrain myself. He looks around to make sure that no one is near both of you, then he leans and whispers in your ear : "You're so hot baby, it makes me want to take you here and now..." He says as his finger traces a line on the side of your waist, from your hips up, sending shivers down your spine. "-That's enough now...I-I get it...you shameless idiot !" He only answers with a big genuine smile noticing from your body language that you felt more confident.

Ace "Wooow, baby ! We're looking amazing today." Ace stops as he sees you in front of the mirror, contemplating yourself with hesitation. "Huh ? Are you sure ? Don't you think that this swimsuit makes me look ugly or something ?" He raises an eyebrow, an invisible quotation mark forming above his head "Eh ? What are you on about babycakes ? You're looking hot, and that's coming from me." You laugh while turning to face him. He was now sitting on the bed. His open yellow shirt showing his muscular torso. The weather was extremely hot and you could hear the birds chirping. He looks at you once again, up and down, then down and up and whistles ; "I don't know if you're gonna go out like this babygirl...That's almost indecent. -Aaace, stop it, you're flattering me so much~" Your voice was playful, you couldn't help but feel an outburst of confidence, having this handsome male with a greek-god-like body compliment you like this. -What ? Am just saying the truth. I have amazing tastes. What are you waiting for ? C'mere." He makes a gesture with his index and middle finger. You go and sit on his lap, your hands on his broad shoulders. His skin was extremely hot against yours as you were only wearing the swimsuit. "-You gorgeous, look what you're doing to me." His inky black eyes were almost hypnotizing. You suddenly felt something hard against your crotch. Your eyes widened as you hid your face with both your hands ; - ...Acee.... -Now don't you dare saying that you're ugly again."

The comedy in the show came from the family’s “odd” lifestyle, rather than from infighting and petty bickering, or worse, as was common on other shows of the time, thinly veiled references to spousal abuse. They didn’t make fun of each other or act like their children were creatures from another world. Were they strange and outside of social norms? Yes. Were they united in creating a loving home and being good, supportive parents? Absolutely.

These two support and adore their children, care for an aging mother and an estranged brother, put family before everything, and they love each other, wholly, fiercely, without reserve. They are every bit as much in love after at least a decade of marriage as they were the day they met.

It’s nobody’s surprise that many of the aesthetic and thematic elements of The Addams Family in its various incarnations are influenced by Gothic tradition (not goth, that mostly came later. And not Goth, that was much much much too early), and I think Gomez’s words are a dead bullseye in terms of Gothic mentality.

The sublime is a recurring theme throughout Gothic literature. Although the word (like “awesome”) has lost a lot of it’s original luster over the intervening decades, sublime doesn’t really mean elevated and lofty (or even heavenly) as it’s often used today, but rather something possessing the power and grandeur to induce awe and veneration in the mind of the beholder. Although less than divine, something sublime possessed a wildness and power that transcended human ability to control…or even to comprehend.

Sublime is standing at the edge of the Grand Canyon leaning as far as you dare over the railing and still not being able to see the canyon floor below. Sublime is warrior-queen Galadriel being tempted by the One Ring. Sublime is waking up in the middle of the night in the heart of a wild thunderstorm.

Gomez isn’t advising Fester to treat a woman he fancies like a princess, or even elevate her to pedestal of angelic nature (who’s idea was it to equate femininity with purity anyway? What a laughable and historically damaging idea. Shame on whatever dead (probably) white dudes promoted that!)

Gomez is advising Fester that if he truly loves a woman he must do everything he can to remind her of how she’s an untameable force of nature who’s grandeur brings him to his knees in awe and terror. Just like Morticia, for Gomez.
