So when I had a few minutes last night to listen to a short file before bed, I was surprised to find myself "waking up" midway through the file, confused where the time went. I was still in a trance, aware but definitely hypnotized, which is my normal hypnotic state, just with literally no recollection of listening to most of the file. It's a familiar file and doesn't have any amnesia suggestions, so...

I recently recommended one of my personal favourite files to a lovely girl who really wanted to be a good girl. She was gripped immediately and tightly by the file, and was shocked at how effectively it had her in a chokehold.

Second. I'm so fucking envious. This file is very well done and for me was one file that helped break my hypnotic resistance and gave me my first real physical trigger response, which was wonderful. But it took weeks of listening to it before I had a notable response. She, in one session, already seems to have a stronger response than me, and I've probably listened 100 times in the last 2 years.

I sometimes call myself a hypnoslut, but I really do have to work hard at it. Yes I can drop easily. But I have mixed results with hypnotic suggestions. Oftentimes, the ones that are effective are the ones I fixate on over weeks or months. Hypnosis and brainwashing is changing me, but it's definitely not an instant loss thing, I think it's really more just old fashioned conditioning.

In relation to hypnokink, you don't owe the person on the other end of the chat anything. If you start to feel squicky, as a subject OR a Tist, it is completely within your right to end communication with or without explanation. In instances of safety concerns, a block without explanation is always justified. Hypnosis is insidious; when played with consensually and ethically, this is no issue! But it's best to get ahead of any lasting mental effects by ending communication early if you feel things going in an unhealthy direction.
