Week 3 : AU - Genderbent - Meeting at the Lockers - 22.10.2025

I decided to go with Sapphic Munver and with our two sweeties being disasters lesbians~

Chapter 20!

Eddie's first touchdown was a thing of beauty, a swift cut that left Billy sliding in the dirt, all brute force and no finesse. He spiked the ball with a triumphant grin, shouting a jab at Steve about hair versus moves and thrusting his hips, as if humping the air. A sight that had Jason licking his lips and Steve rolling his eyes.

"See, Harrington?" Eddie yelled as he spiked the ball. "It's not about the hair. Some of us actually have moves.

But soon enough, the game was tied by Billy. Taking a handoff from Steve, Billy bulldozed his way through the middle of the field, forcing Eddie and Jason to collide as they tried in vain to pull his flag. He powered through their combined efforts, a human tank, scoring a touchdown that ratcheted up the tension with every play, a silent argument of muscle and wit.

It all came down to a single, final play, the setting sun casting long shadows as Steve barreled for the end zone. Eddie held his breath, watching as Jason, a blur of hot pink and determination, lunged. The whistle blew, and Jason held up Steve's flag, the bright red fabric a stark contrast in his hand. They'd won.

Before the victory could even fully sink in, Eddie was there, scooping a sweaty, breathless Jason up into his arms. He didn't say a word, just pulled him in, his own disheveled hair sticking to his forehead. The kiss was a messy, triumphant celebration, a mesh of lips fitting together as they explored one another's mouths.

Okay, so Steve and Jonathan hadn’t told their friends why Eddie was here. Which was nice, sort of. Eddie didn’t want his personal business spread out like the Sunday paper, but he also wished that these people knew enough not to ask stupid fucking questions.

“No,” Eddie answered.

“So you’re single?”

“I’m not single,” Eddie muttered, before going back to picking at his label.
