its not even that i hate bloodymary that much as a concept its the fandomwide execution that turns to white savior tropes and strips both grace and simon of the traits that make them unique characters in favor of manufacturing the perfect romcom setting to make them fall in love. you've turned them from complex characters with motivations and arcs into Hallmark Channel Romantic Interest One and Hallmark Channel Romantic Interest Two and Rocky's There Too In The Background I Guess.
