Hello hello, my name is currently Czar & Tsar and I’m namefluix as well as a namehoarder. I use any and all neopronouns and my auxiliary is he/him/his/himself (ask b4 you use my aux). I am neurodivergent and an alterhuman as well as many other identities that are not listed here.

This blog is dedicated to medically unrecognized disorders (MUDs) and the coining of them! I am currently taking requests for MUDs, please read wether or not RQs are open. You can request me to make a flag for an already existing MUD or help with a name for your own MUD if wanted. I’ll gladly do that as well :-))

If you request a MUD please be specific! it makes it easier for me to know exactly what you want.

Lover’s Shifting Disorder

Abbreviation: LSD, LoSD

(Also referred as Loved One Shifting Disorder)

Definition:

A medically unrecognized disorder (MUD) and a subtype of Shifting Disorder (SD) when you can shift strongly into someone you loved/love (typically in a past life), causing confusion and it could temporarily bring your own kintype in a state similar to dormancy. When you shift into the person you loved, you may see everything from their perspective and feel their feelings etc., leaving you wondering if it's actually your kintype or not while it's just someone you deeply loved (therefore the connection is strong). The being one loves can be called a loveparatype, loveshifttype or loved being.

Shifting Disorder

Abbreviation: SD

Definition:

A medically unrecognized disorder (MUD) in which shifts in alterhumans cause a person to react and/or feel in extreme ways which interferes with daily functioning and gives stress.

Possible symptoms:

1. shifts that feel very intense, very 'strong'

2. feeling a loss of control when shifting, urges to display behaviors related to the shifts, uncontrollable possibly uncomfortable phantom shifts etc.

3. dissociation, not recognizing the (human) environment or feeling disconnected from one's appearance when looking in the mirror etc.

4. limited ability or unability to socialize in an acceptable human way during shifts

5. very animal-like behavior during shifts, depending on the kintype

6. intense shifts can feel like having a huge adrenaline rush or can even feel aggressive, with others barely noticing it

7. having huge urges to react as your kintype would. Not only include animal behaviors but also to dance, wield a weapon, drive a car, anything related to your kintype

8. having strong intrusive urges to kill or hunt, depending on the kintype

9. fear of shifts or strong shifts due to this

Multiple Personality Disorder

Abbreviation: MPD

Definition:

Multiple Personality Disorder (MPD) is an outdated term for a mental disorder now known as Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). It is a disorder in which an individual develops two or more distinct and separate identities or personalities, each with their own unique way of thinking and behaving.

This flag was designed for individuals who received a diagnosis of MPD when it was still known by that name or who continue to use the outdated terminology to describe themselves.

Love-Obsessed Personality Disorder

LOPD is a disorder characterized by an intense and obsessive preoccupation with love and romantic relationships, which causes significant distress and interference with daily life.

Possible symptoms:

1. Persistent and intense preoccupation with a romantic interest, often to the point of distraction from other aspects of life.

2. Difficulty controlling thoughts, feelings, and behaviors related to the romantic interest.

3. Unrealistic or idealized beliefs about the romantic interest, leading to difficulty accepting any negative aspects of the person or relationship.

4. Compulsive behaviors related to the romantic interest, such as constantly checking social media or driving by their home.

Emotional Inversion Disorder

Definition / Possible symptoms:

1. Individuals with EID experience a complete reversal of emotional responses to typical stimuli.

2. For example, they may feel happy in response to tragic events or sad in response to joyful events.

3. The emotional responses are extreme and not appropriate to the situation.
