happiness blooms inside of him like fresh flowers in the spring, looking at the other. hands are on rich’s hips and his face is burning with a dark red blush as he laughs joyfully. then he tilts his head up to look at the other on his lap, smile growing as he eyes the other’s lips with a gleam in his gaze. sweet boy clashes their lips together, gentle at first but it became increasingly more eager and rough as time passed. but, sadly, he separates, soft gasps for air are able to be heard as his heart pounds in his chest like a drum.

there’s a beat of hesitation after the kiss. what does he want? does he want to keep going? does he want to stop? he’s not sure. what does jeremy want? he doesn’t know. he doesn’t know a damn thing, except that in that moment, that one, tiny moment, minuscule and insignificant moment, rich was happy. truly and purely happy. and he wants that again. so he leans in, hovering over those soft, soft lips as he drinks in the moment- jeremy’s eyes, his smile, his face- before pressing their lips back together in a desperate attempt to rekindle the connection that was just lost.
