i'm at it again: here's a new game you can play with magic: the gathering cards that's not, like, the main one you might have heard of

Particular flaws evident from various UB sets to date for your consideration:

LTR: not enough animals/characters who fly, dissonance between novel mechanic playability [Ring Tempts] and flavorful expectation of a drawback.

TMT: overuse of central named characters in the interest of post-booster-collation name recognition [11 Leonardos across 2 products].

TLA: overuse of title character across draftable set+jumpstart [6 Aangs], novel mechanics are variably parasitic, liable to cap cross-set synergy.

SPM: not initially developed for drafting, quiet failure of ACR and MOM: Aftermath drove pivot from miniset.

ACR: not a draftable set, flavor/story largely inscrutable to those outside the video game franchise, imbalance in colors and types among legends.
