Buh bye, 2017! ✌🏻 This year was the year of the babe with the arrivals of our sweet nephew, Parker, Zayden and Nicholas. All of the babies! This year we saw challenge with a family health scare that Papa Neuf faced and challenged and a hurricane that almost all of Texas faced and challenged. Matt opened his own firm. Woop! More school for me down in the books after a schedule that tested my time and stress management skills to the max! I took some steps back in my personal health and fitness. While I helped others hit some goals and started the year off strong, I stress ate and made excuses to avoid exercise and have paid the price in achieving mine. May 2018 be the year of sacrificing what I want in the moment for what I want MOST! Self care yet challenging myself to be more and do more! Happy new year everyone!
