I want to pass away here

First of all this in itself shows what a poor relationship you have with food. I work 11hr shift 3 days a week & some days I don’t consume a single thing aside from tea and coffee. Food is a blessing and if you’re CONSUMING junk it’s bc your relationship with food is POOR. Some days I only eat fruit/vegetables bc I value what I put into my body. If the only thing that satisfies you is junk, it’s bc you’ve killed your palette with bullshit. Yk what’s funny abt this too? After working 11hrs, I literally go home to exercise and make sure what I’m eating the following day is beneficial to me. Your minds are just weak and only looking for an excuse to your disgusting habits. Have a good day!
