I've been working on this for a minute! Welcome to my version of Oasis Springs. I've created an upscale gym/spa called Burn, an upscale restaurant, and a shopping center with a day care. We also have a classic motel with a tiki bar the locals love to hook up at, a skate and splash park, and in the center is my Simchella festival ground. I've redone the houses in the neighborhood on the left and have the ones on the right side of the map to work on, I'm thinking an artsy trailerpark and some nice starter homes.

So I got inspired by the Coachella builds and decided to try my hand at one myself. So far in the build we have: 2 Stages Lockers GA and VIP food vendors Merch Local Artists 2 Splash pads GA and VIP bathroom VIP Shower stalls, bar, and balcony for performances
Current WIP Restaurant
Okay, so last time I posted the Arizona restaurant, here is what I have so far. It's a nice little upscale spot where you may see Judith Ward. The bar downstairs has a classy elegant feel to it, the paneling and the martini glass art reminds me of Mad Men. I might add more art and decorate it more but it's done essentially. Please excuse the awful in game weather!

Messed up my save files
So, my sim's eldest finally aged up to a teen so I added back in my mods for the high school but then she couldn't talk to any other teens. So I was removing my CC to figure out which one was causing the issue and stupidly saved. I tried to go back to a previous save file and now nothing is coming up. It's all gone. RIP all my sims and builds.
My currently family's eldest daughter just aged up to a teen. She had 0 business being this pretty automatically from the game!!! Sims has been better lately on generating Sims.
