Realness. Side view. So it's not my intention this time around to lose weight. It is my intention to relieve stress and be happy. I saw a friend yesterday and he was like oh my goodness have you lost weight. I said yes, I knew I did. I lost 12 lbs in the last month. How? From good nutrition. Sweets and salty foods are what we look to in stressful times. Try reaching for fruit or veggies, drinking lots of water and finding things to help center and balance you.
