I wanted another face, I found a picture on Pinterest and decided I wanted to look like that, so I started affirming and scripting that I have that face. I didn’t care about the 3D or mirror, when I looked into the mirror I just said I don’t care about my old thoughts, looked on the picture and said that’s me. I just shutted the 3D out and didn’t give a fuck. Then I just started being, I wasn’t just affirming I said that’s me and was delusional. And now I have that face.

So this is how you can do the same

-affirm that you have your desired face

-don’t care about the 3D or the mirror

-if it’s hard to focus don’t look in the mirror

I went to the void state on my first attempt !!

im a new shifter and I wanted to try @cloverapple ‘s void method and I was so surprised because it’s surprisingly the easiest and most chillest way to just.. go to the void state. and probably shift.

first I zoned out, thought to just give up because I wanted to sleep so I fell asleep but then woke up at 3AM wanting to do it again. I was on my phone for like 45 minutes then felt pretty motivated to try going to the void but when I realized it was like 3:45, I told myself off again by thinking that since it was already gonna be morning, my body might not want or be able to fall asleep. a few seconds later I fell the fuck asleep.

I woke up again and it was like 7AM and this time I was not wasting any more time because I remembered that school starts in like 2 and a half weeks. (June 8 what a fucking nightmare) If I’m not able to look into the black of my eyes while just laying in bed, then that is beyond lazy 😭 so I did it. I set the intention that I was going to the void state and my body felt limp and incredibly numb almost instantly? like in a few mins and I did nothing but stare into the black of my eyes.

then I just waited for it. I started getting weird symptoms like my body felt heavy, then tingly, then I started sinking in my bed and I forgot that I wanted to shift and just chilled in the void because I’ve never actually been in such a state before. somehow it’s even more relaxing than napping. here’s where it gets weird.. I thought that it’s only been a few minutes. genuinely, I thought I’ve been in the void state for 10 minutes max. but then when I got up and checked what time it was.. It was already 8AM !?

what I think is.. damn. seriously? the void state was much easier to go to than I thought it was that I should’ve had just done it earlier. but yeah, I was really pleased for my first attempt and I already wanna do it again in the afternoon.. see if I could do it more confidently this time. happy shifting !!! <3

after reading 🏎 anon's success story, i literally had to stare at my ceiling for like ten minutes because oh my god, i was one of those girls.

the girls begging bloggers to manifest for them.

and after all the recent drama surrounding that kind of stuff, i finally realized how painfully cringy i had been acting 😭

like… why was i handing my entire life over to strangers on the internet instead of trusting myself?

nobody else is responsible for my reality except me.

so i wiped my tears, put on my big girl thong, fixed my lip gloss, and decided i was done being helpless ♡

i just started affirming the void state is effortless for me.

that's literally all i did.

a few days later, i randomly woke up in the void state.

the second i realized where i was, i affirmed that i could enter the void whenever i wanted and that i had $100,000.

then i exited.

when i woke up the next morning, i could literally enter the void on command and there was exactly $100,000 in my bank account.

because the whole time i thought other people were more powerful than me when really i just needed to grow up a little and realize i was the operant power all along ♡

Get ready, it will be interesting.

All my life, I've known that an amazing fate awaits me. I've always had high expectations and big dreams in my head. 

There wasn't a single doubt inside that I had come to this Earth for a reason. I knew that there was an important purpose for me.

I started to get involved in spirituality, manifestation and esotericism at the age of 16-17, at the peak of youthful maximalism. It was at this age that I began to suffer from depression, existential crisis, and bipolar disorder. I was tormented by questions about the meaning of life every day. 

I have a rich imagination since childhood, so visualization has always been my mainstay. I was constantly in my thoughts.

Tarot, meditation, yoga, affirmations, subliminals! In 2020, I learned about shifting through tiktok, but I still couldn't get into another reality despite many attempts.

I was very good at manifesting through listening to subliminals and affirmations. All sorts of little things, and then bigger events. Especially money and material things, that's what I did best. But that wasn't enough for me.

When I learned about the concept of the void state, I was absolutely thrilled! I'm an impatient person and I wanted to get everything at once at the snap of my fingers. From that moment on, I tried to get there every night, all my thoughts were just about that.

I couldn't relax and let myself go completely. No matter how much I tried to stifle my thoughts, nothing worked for many years. 

But, I'm very stubborn and eventually found my perfect way.

Since early childhood, I have been very good at remembering my dreams, writing them down. I enjoyed discussing and analyzing them. I started listening to lucid dream subliminals, and every night my dreams became longer, more realistic, and more colorful.

At the moment, I have come to terms with my problems in my family, health, studies and head. I relaxed and let go of the situation. Inside, I just knew that sooner or later what I wanted would be mine. I'm basically a very confident person, so doubts have not been my companion along the way. I won't even talk about my god syndrome.…

I was constantly romanticizing my life, no matter what. My main advice to you is: Don't sacrifice your life to a state of void. Build a routine, live life to the fullest. Exercise, walk, socialize, eat right, attend events. Believe me, it helps tremendously to maintain stability and mental health.

And then that night came. I drank melatonin, went through my usual bedtime routine and listened to a couple of random subs. As I said before, void was hard for me when I was conscious. I needed to turn on my subconscious. I dreamed about him. Mr. X. It was like it was real. We were driving somewhere in the car, loud music was playing, I felt very good. When he touches my hand, and I look into his face, I suddenly realize that I am dreaming. Until that moment, I had almost never realized this in my dreams. 

I do not know how in a dream I remembered my intention.… Probably because I was thinking about it 24/7 during the day. I said: “I am pure consciousness.”

The music got louder, and my ears started to pop. THAT WAS MY PLAYLIST, GIRLS! He turned to me and kissed me. Everything went dark. It was not an emptiness, but an abyss. I was falling, so fast.… Everything went quiet, everything became so clear and simple. After that, I just said: “All the innermost desires of my heart have become my reality”

Then I woke up. I looked at the screen of the phone lying on the bedside table. Four o'clock in the morning.I immediately felt light inside, as if a heavy weight had been lifted from my shoulders. Apparently that's how life feels without depression.… It took me a moment to realize what had happened, and I even forgot about what had just happened in my dream.

How did I know that everything worked? There was a text message from him on the phone: “I bought you a ticket, come back to Moscow tomorrow.” I laughed and thought I was still dreaming. How could I have this person's number? But then, memories that could not have existed began to appear in my head. Our meeting, our first kiss in his dressing room, our walks, his house. What kind of nonsense is this?  I thought. Can you imagine? Another reality just loaded into my head. 

Then I looked at myself in the mirror. I am the goddess of beauty! My weight has decreased by 20 kilograms. After that, I found some bachelor's degrees, car keys and a new apartment keys. I cried with happiness for a long time, it was impossible to believe.

You are the one who assigns meaning to circumstances, and the world responds accordingly. Before meaning is attached, something simply exists in pure consciousness. Take a bad smell, for example. At first, it is just a smell. The moment you assign meaning to it, it becomes “bad,” unpleasant, something you dislike.

The same applies to your personal circumstances. An exam is just an exam. You are the one who decides whether it is easy or difficult, scary or manageable. The meaning you assign to it shapes your experience.

For example:

You have an exam.

You decide it’s easy.

You feel calm, positive, and confident that you’ll pass.

You’re relaxed while studying and while taking the test.

The exam feels easier, things flow naturally, and you get good results.

Now the opposite:

You have an exam in a subject you struggle with.

You decide it will be difficult.

You become anxious, desperately listening to subliminals, asking bloggers for advice, forcing yourself to study while stressed.

There’s a pit in your stomach the entire time.

You take the test already expecting failure, things go poorly, and you get bad results.

This shows how the meaning you assign to something creates emotions, assumptions, and behaviours that eventually align with that meaning.

So what should you do?

You do not need to force yourself to think positively about every negative situation. That can become exhausting. Instead, try looking at your circumstances without immediately attaching emotions or meaning to them. As simple as this sounds, it can completely change the way you experience life.

As someone who used to overthink and worry about everything, this mindset made my life a hundred times easier and even helped me manifest faster.

Using the exam example again: if you feel anxious, pause and deconstruct the situation. An exam is simply words, questions, and phrases you are responding to. It is not inherently good or bad. It is neutral.

You don’t need to force affirmations like “I’ll pass” or “this is easy.” Just observe the situation as passively and neutrally as possible. Whenever thoughts about it arise, return to that neutral observation.

You can apply this to any area of life. The goal is to practice neutrality.

The how doesn't matter. You know the end result and you know it's already done. You're the director, the actors, the makeup artist, the costume designer, AND you write the script.

You, as the operant power, need to ALLOW your desires to be yours. That fear of getting what you want is very palpable. Stop letting it stop you. You're meant to get what you want, it's your birthright.

AFFIRM:

-I am allowed to have what I want.

-I permit my reality to fulfull my deepest desires.

-I allow myself to recieve all my desires.

-My desires are safe and do not harm anyone.

-It is okay for me to get everything I want.

-This is my reality and I am the operant power.

-There is no external force deciding my life for me.

-There is no book of rules telling me what and how to manifest.

-I and I alone decide how to manifest things into my life.

-I am the operant power of my reality.

-I am free from being a victim.

okay i need to talk about SATS because i feel like it's either completely overlooked or so overcomplicated that people give up on it before they even try it properly.

SATS stands for state akin to sleep. that's it. it's just the drowsy state right before you fully fall asleep where your mind is relaxed enough that your subconscious is basically wide open. Neville used this specific window because in that state your critical mind is basically off. the part of you that hears "i have my dream job" and immediately goes "no you don't" is too tired to argue back.

so whatever you feed your mind in that state goes in without resistance.

and that's the whole point.

here's what actually happens when you do it right. you lay down at night, you get comfortable, you let yourself get genuinely drowsy, not wide awake trying to focus, actually drowsy. and then you play a small scene in your mind. something short, something that implies your desire is already done. not a long movie, just a moment. your friend congratulating you. opening your front door to your dream apartment. looking in the mirror and seeing exactly what you want to see.

you loop that scene. same scene over and over, feeling it as real as you can, until you drift off.

that's it.

but here's where people go wrong. they turn it into a performance. they try too hard to visualize perfectly. they stress about whether they're feeling it correctly. they stay wide awake running through the scene with so much pressure that they completely miss the whole point of the technique which is relaxation and receptivity.

your subconscious doesn't need a perfect HD visualization. it needs repetition and feeling in a relaxed state. that's the whole mechanism.

and the reason this works so well is because you spend the entire night in that assumed state. you fall asleep in it. your last conscious thought is your wish fulfilled. and your subconscious just marinates in that assumption for hours while you sleep.

Neville said to sleep as though your desire was already real. not to try and manifest before you sleep. to actually close your eyes already being the person who has it.

that shift in how you approach it changes everything.

so tonight instead of trying to make something happen, just let yourself get sleepy, pick one small scene that implies it's done, and loop it until you're out.

The simple explanation is 1. you create your experience so you can never truly lack anything (you just need to accept your power) and 2. you are connected to everything, regardless of how you believe this all works.

I'm going to give you a potentially silly analogy. Imagine a person sitting at a dining table with various bowls and plates of food right in front of them. They're hungry, they want to eat, they can even see and smell the food, but then they turn to you and say "hey man i can't reach that food". They have arms and hands that are perfectly functional. The food is 100% in reach. But they continue to insist that they can't reach the food. So you try to walk them through it—"just take your hand and grab what you want. it's right there. you can do it, trust me". And they do earnestly try! They lift their arm, they reach out, they're grabbing onto plates and utensils. The food is literally in their hand. But they're still saying they can't reach it.

That's what I mean when I say lack isn't real. All of your desires and wants; it's all right in front of you. And if you're "trying" to manifest or shift, then I guarantee you are successfully grabbing that plate, but then you keep turning around and saying "what do i do? why can't i reach the food? i'm trying but nothing is working", and the simple answer is that lack isn't real. You just haven't accepted it yet. You aren't allowing yourself to eat the food.

Anything and everything you could ever imagine is already within your grasp. All you have to do is accept it.

Story Time

1.) Pick Desire

2.) Decide that it already happened/it's mine, etc.

3.) Persist.

Example of a recent manifestion: Revising a bruise.

How I got the bruise:

My thumb had a dark bruise from flicking a dead lighter repeatedly. Scraping at my thumb to get it on for my incense, but I eventually just had to throw it away. I went on with my day, used the stove to light it, but my thumb hurt from the scraping. I thought it was just pain.

MINUTES later, there's a dark red/purple bruise forming and i thought it might be my wine-colored lipstick i accidently rubbed but i touched it and it hurt and i remembered it was the lighter. I didn't like it. I get queasy when it comes to bloody things or bruises.

(2) I decided I would revise it:

"Bruise? What bruise? I'm perfectly fine." <- even when it was still stinging and that part of my thumb started to get numb and rough compare to the rest of my hand. "My hand is perfectly fine. I used the stove. I threw that lighter away ages ago!" In the 4D, the implication was that if i didnt even have the lighter, the event couldn't have even happened to begin with. I wanted to shift to a parallel where it didn't happen. A.k.a Revision.

I kept this up. Even when washing my hands and it hurt a little. I stayed true. When I saw it, I said: "Nope, I have no bruise. You have the wrong person." to the thoughts in my head when i thought about how weird it looked and felt.

Basically, denying the old story for a new one. (3) Persisting in this form of rejecting the reality I don't want to experience.

Fast forward to last week when I woke up and went to go wash my hand and intentionally kept avoiding the spot that i didn't want to trigger (the bruise), and I accidentally rubbed it and INSTINCTIVELY flinched and gasped. Yes dramatic, but human nature. I was prepared for a sting, a delayed sting. Something.

but nothing! My thumb was back to its color. Like nothing had even happened. MY FIRST EVER REVISION SUCCESS STORY BY THE WAY!! ...well, not true, but the other time, I hurt myself (again, i know) and i told myself it didn't happen and the pain went away in seconds, but i forgot about that story until now. That was in November probably. so many random success stories during my experimental period that i never told.

This is my first NOTICEABLY evident revision story, I will say. That it's gone. And this is apparently a parallel reality similar to the one I JUST left where i still have a bruise. In this one, i don't.

Hello, new world!!!!!

Another example of how I manifest:

I remember sometimes sitting on my bed, rocking back and forth and flapping my hands as i just robotically affirm because robotically affirming is kinda underwhelming and i need to stim.

I remember putting my headphones on and listening to my affirmation and letting it do the work for me.

I remember maladaptive daydreaming about SP. And I took Erik's advice and visualized SP and I having sex and kinda felt like putting a spell on SP but it worked. SP often repeats these words back to me, or paraphrases them, and he worships me so I know he received every single visual & affirmation via thought transmission.

i do a lot of things. Never settled in just one way to manifest, because I work around my brain & my limits & my comfort zone.

sometimes, with the things i dont care about too much, i've set the intention that its mine and forget bout it and it happens.

other things with much more care & desire, i saturated my mind & gave it no other choice but to manifest.

im super tired of some narrow minded people pushing their limited beliefs onto us. im so SICK of misconceptions. This reality is merely a projection, the only thing that defines us is our consciousness. You are not bounded to this reality and the labels are just this reality's thing. you are a limitless awareness. The fact that people use terms like "race /gender/ age changing" actually shows that theyre still trapped in a 3D world mindset. 🤦🏻‍♀️ If someone thinks theyre "changing" something actually believes that thing was originally "different." Never even truly understood what multiverses and our infinite awarenesses is. Check SUPERPOSITION PRINCIPLE. And why is there no such thing as "change"??? simple. The version of yourself that has been existing in that reality was born and raised in that body, within that family, with those genetics. That idendity is not a new "mask" for you, it's your one and only original self in that spesific reality.

Again, youre not changing anything youre just shifting your consciousness to that already existing version. That whoever you are in DR has always been like that, from their childhood photos to their physical features. It's really funny how people see this as an "ethical matter" or "physical transformation." lmao. They act like you're having cosmetic surgery. No 😭😭you're just switching to "another radio station." (if i have to give an analogy) That song was always playing on that station anyway... This reality cannot define us cause we are not merely this body or this location, we are the consciousness that chose that experience.

If there are infinite possibilities, then the "you" in each possibility is already legitimate and present. Nobody's gonna ask what they ''can't/can do'' in their OWN reality to some strangers feigning sensitivity on tumblr. thanks.
