Excess Images

I can genuinely say that this particular job (over 10 years ago) was one of the most intense and eye opening experiences I’ve ever had. The things that you saw (not posted) had a deeply profound effect upon me. It’s only recently after watching a movie that was similar that I decided to revisit the archive to see what was in there from this shoot. 

I’ve gone through the images carefully and decided to publish the ones that I remember positively and also that gives the viewer a feel of the ‘texture’ of the place.

I don’t think I’ll ever get over the sights, sounds and (unfortunately) the smells of the places we visited. There were moments of absolute joy sometimes followed by unbelievable heartbreak.

Poster I shot last year for a short film called ‘Leni Leni’. Directed by Adrian Vitoria, produced by Rosie Fellner, written by Alistair Audley and costume design by Emily-Rose Yiaxis. Starring Valeria Kozhevnikova and Hildegard Neil. Great to see it participate in one of the Cannes Film Festival programs.
