Techs: include 👏🏽 your 👏🏽 actors 👏🏽

I’m really sick of this divide between a technical team and actors. I know it happens all over, but it’s really fucking stupid. Actors couldn’t put on a show without the light and sound and costume and set people, and the techs wouldn’t have anyone to light, mic, build sets, or make costumes for if we didn’t have actors. We all work together to make art happen. There’s no reason for a schism between performers and technicians.
