Because the Vinsmokes haunt my narrative, I always have a small constant thought at the back of mind about Sanji’s bio brothers finding out his biggest dream.

April is the Cruelest Month Whump Event 2026!

Back again for AitCM 2026! We are so glad to have you!

What a great time to whump our favorite characters and OCs!

Just a little refresher on the Event rules:

AitCM is an event that to complete you only need to write, draw, make a podfic, or just create in general for fifteen of the days (Any fifteen you want!) The other fifteen can be recs! (Fics, art, books, etc. Any piece of media that matches one of the daily prompts.)

This can make it so much easier to fit into your everyday schedule! And can promote our favorite creators!

But maybe you would rather write, draw, or create some other form of media for all the days. That is another way to complete the event and is totally welcome!

As for the writing minimum and maximum… Our minimum is 100 words. Please do your best to reach this, but if that is too daunting remember that this event is meant to be fun, so please enjoy yourselves. And there is no maximum. Write to your heart’s content!

Saving this for reasons

I know there is like the slightest possibility of Edison/Bobby betraying House- personally I don’t enjoy the idea, other than the angst factor.

Because House dealing with one human he thought he could trust betraying him it’s very interesting to say the least.

But I just enjoy the pure “devotion”, Bobby has for House. He’s been working for him for ten years, why would he let go of that? Only if he fears House is to discard him, is one the only reasons I could come up with. (Or he fakes a betrayal is keep him safe?)

Whatever the show writers or Rafi comes up with Double Body House- if we see him again- should be fun nonetheless. If not slight concerning.

#this happens a lot with characters we don’t much about #so much of what I think about the man is fanon or grabbed from interviews #so to the writers it might be 100% possible for him to betray House #while to me it isn’t #it’s hard for me to ignore canon a lot of the time #I’m glad we play around with him for now though #being invested in double body house is a struggle in its self /hj #robert house #mr house #bobby apartment #I would hate if their relationship turned sour #because it feels like it #it would take away the complexity of it #oh- he worked for enclave the entire time #no! this man practically threw his life away for House to be this man #isn’t that so much more intriguing?

"Silver adds of Bobby Apartment, "I can show Mr. House my loyalty, my love, my appreciation, my dedication to him by service, acts of service and acts of trust, showing loyalty through, 'You tell me what to do, I got it, no questions asked.' You tell me, 'Go out and get cold fusion. You tell me to go out and do this, go get Coop, bring him right up.' I go out and do that. I don't sit there and do whatever. I am stable, steady. And it goes back to that question of, 'Well, what's the reason why I'm doing that?' And I love that mystery around the reasons why he behaves the way he behaves, where does he come from, what's his story, and why is he in this place, in this world? And it's not just because Bobby Apartment looks like Mr. House, it's not just that."

I like to think to keep bobby on his toes, House will randomly appear at work. Like I just imagine he gets into his car after an interview to hear the driver say "where to sir" in an all to familular voice, look up and sees House in a chauffeur outfit.

Or he's at some fancy restaurant trying to pretend like he doesn't see his boss cruising at the bar while he's trying to close a deal.

#he doesn’t get paid enough to deal with his boss’s shenanigans #he’s probably stressed out like-#did I do something? or- why you here #I’m sure (well hoped) it mellowed out within the years #but I’m sure first year Bobby thought something extreme #hehe :3
