im literally so sick of werewolf people saying vampires are “bitchy” and that they cant feel love. just because vampires like to be more independent arent constantly begging to be taken for walks doesnt make them bitchy or hateful. when i was having a really bad depressive episode my vampire came up to me and started purring in my lap to make me feel better… vampires can feel love the same as any werewolf can. the whole “i hate vampires vampires vampire people are crazy” shtick is getting old

Ive been holding back making any clear declarations either way for a while, due to.. well, figuring things out. Today a lot happened, and it put a lot into perspective, and I realized that basically everything holding me back was just.. imposter syndrome. I cleared that and now I feel like I can say what Ive realized for a while without hesitation. I like girls, and I like Enbys.

Im not attracted to men or overtly masculine Nonbinary genders, though. a while back I learned this was called being Neptunic. I never met anyone else who felt this way, so it took me a while to process. Then, after finally being able to say “yeah, thats me” I searched the Neptunic tag and realized theres more of us than I realized. I feel good. and I even sent someone cute a message, i made the first move, since Im also Reciproromantic (arospec) this was also very out of character. But after seeing someone gorgeous enough to wash any fog of uncertainty away, I had to at least introduce myself. Now Im excited to try dating again
