In Wario Land, if Dragon Wario hits the lightning bolts dropped by the Pikkarikun cloud enemy with his flames, they will turn into 10-coins. This can be used to easily obtain large amounts of money if Wario is positioned in a convenient spot to do this repeatedly, such as in the footage.

While it is unknown if this is intentional Easter egg, it appears to be an oversight. The lightning bolts are supposed to turn enemies into 10-coins, but some part of the coding of the flames appears to activate the same reaction. In other words, it is not Wario's flames turning the bolts into coins, but rather the bolts turning the flames into coins because they are being counted as enemies.
