Aware that I might be last person who hasn't moved on yet, but I have to say that I would have loved to find out more about Hannan's backstory. How did he become a druid? What was his deal about having children?
He wasn't born into druidicism. No elf was, because only the most faithful were allowed to have children at all. So, til what age did Hannan live among the most devout elves, repeating their prayers? What was the incident that made him first question and then break apart from them? Was it something about his children? Was his wife perhaps pregnant, and then lost the child as punishment for some minor offence?
There is so much pain in him when he talks about children. It might be a general pain regarding the state of the elves, yes... but it also read to me as something very personal.
God, I wish I knew.

Having experienced a lot of it in my 20s, I think some of the worst, pettiest, most straight up this-is-just-bullying-you're-passing-off-as-praxis incidences of Queer Infighting endemic to young people can be best understood as attempts to exercise power by people with very little power.
Like you're 22, you're queer, you've just become a Marxist, the scope of World Suck is overwhelming and you have $30 in your bank account. What can you do to feel like you have any power? Well, you can try to get your frenemy cancelled for cosplaying a character from a problematic show. You can write a public callout post over someone's obviously friendly use of a slur you don't think they technically have the right to reclaim. Doing this stuff can make you feel like you have power and your actions have an impact. Unfortunately the impact in question is a negative impact on other marginalized people. But that often takes some maturity and self-reflection to notice.
I'm reminded of this post from 2017. To paraphrase, OP took part in community service via their university and part of that was cleaning the bathrooms at the local homeless community centre, which would frequently get trashed, not because the homeless people using them disrespected the work of the people cleaning them but because they had so little control over other things that happened in their lives, and the bathroom was something they could affect.
This, too, is a trashed bathroom; young queer people living through hell and having precious little control over their circumstances or the world in which they exist can affect something by using the language of social justice as a cudgel on their would-be allies, as well as getting a brief feeling of power over someone else by doing it.
It's not worth it. Don't trash your community bathrooms.

Just realized that if the PCs ever had to find Hannan's body (to prevent a Raymond 2.0 from being constructed, for example), they'd have no problems doing it with Taisha around, since she gave him one of her earrings specifically with the purpose of casting locate object in case she ever needed to find him.

I hope this isn’t too niche but when Brennan described Otto Einfasen, I immediately thought of Alchemist Armstrong from Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.
If any house has Speak With Dead it is likely to be House Tachonis. That is a problem with Hannan dead. The one saving grace is that he is under no obligation to reply when he recognizes the caster as an enemy so that would rule out anybody he recognizes as a Tachonis. Primus would probably have to get a Tachonis that knows it who Hananna didn't see right before (and also get them to dress not goth lol)
It kind of seems like they are planning on bringing him north with him being covered next to the cart but if not, the Schemers might be able to get him. Maybe Wick can get an invite from Petra and Ryah.
Anyways, the party might be fine. Primus will probably figure that his order sent him and not the party so his questions could be geared torwards that.
