Lunch giving me lifeee thanks to @shutthekaleup 🙌🏻 . . Clean and chop 1 medium head of cauliflower. The recipe says to coat the cauli in @fourthandheart vanilla bean ghee, but I forgot to grab it on my way out this AM (😩) soo I used @chosenfoods avocado oil (this stuff is great.. I use it for all my roastin 👌🏻).. toss with 1/2 Tbsp coconut sugar, cinnamon & sea salt. Bake at 375 for 45 min. Throw in a bowl with @elliquark & 1/2 banana. So so good!!#cleaneats #realfood
