Ravage is from the age of the poorly understood ancient technology. He once was created as an Iacon Guardian with three others. They were programed to protect whoever they are commanded to upon activation out of thier device root form (upper roght corner) and for all of his active memory Ravage had been tasked to guard one of the Primes. Which was honestly a waste of his abilities.

Which he specialized in an ability to matter shift his size at will from large house cat to being a towering giant, if pushed to its hardest could reach nearly the size of Nemesis. But another part of his amazing tech is that his internal energy source can reenergize itself through either a very long recharge cycle or just, basking in sunlight. Like the kitty he is.

If hes not very active in alt mode he wont need a days recharge for many weeks. But if hes very active and uses his plasma breath he tends to recharge more, up to weekly. In root mode he uses no energy and stays stable indefinitely.

Eventually he was deactivated long before the war back to root mode and stored in the iacon archives with his bretheren. And at the peak of the war sent off like any other iacon item. Unfortunately for him though he and several other artifacts were not in the main data, but in a hidden subdata set in the iacon database and thus in cannon is still buried where he landed…
