409 | Yet another day of learning to be professionally responsible - test is next weekend so like, just in time

finished and printed my essay a couple hours before it’s due ;; hope i can get good marks on it.

math assignments and headaches - that’s what i got today. but thankfully i had my friend to study with, which made it all a little bit more bearable. 

tuesday 23rd oct, day 1/100 of self discipline: 

today marks the first day of my self discipline journey! it was a super busy day with 4 back to back classes and then a small break and then another class so i’m proud of me for surviving that

[ ] spiritual goal: i didn’t do this today rip. didn’t have time in the morning and i completely forgot about it when i got home from uni…

[ x ] health goal: i think the amount of walking/running around i did today constitutes as enough exercise for today

[ ] health goal no 2: didn’t meet 7 glasses but i drank 3/7 which is a pretty big deal for me! so this one is a tick in my eyes.

[ x ] sleep goal: 7 hours :-)

[ ] studying goal: nope… I feel like tuesdays should be exception days just because of how hectic my schedule is
