of monsters and men released a new album for the first time in years and years and i am back in my indie girl music bag. gimme night time driving music. gimme leaning my head on a suspiciously not bumpy bus ride while i stare out the window forlornly. gimme girl walking across a bridge in a jean jacket and tattered shoes knowing its gonna be okay.

Listened more to the new album and so far Fruit Bat is still my favorite it’s just so good. I want to understand the rest of the lyrics better but I really love the chorus with “I know something you don’t know” and “I feel something you don’t seem to feel” it’s so 😭

crazy how a song called Tuna in a Can is one of the best songs off the album (imo)
