-when frying smth use water or coconut oil instead of normal oil

-switch butter to light cream cheese (0,2%)

-diet drinks for sweet cravings

-drinking at least 1 big glass of water before each meal

-ask yourself if you're really hungry or if it's just a craving. hunger is slow. it builds. cravings are sudden. walking helps a lot w cravings. if you're still hungry after that eat smth.

-idk if this'll work for everyone but for me it does. when I'm craving chocolate I eat/drink smth that contains iron. especially on my period, cs you lose iron due to the blood loss!!

-dont go grocery shopping while craving smth, trust me.

-restriction. will. lead. to. binge. attacks.

-remind yourself that one salad won't make you skinny, the same way one pizza won't make you fat. balance is key.
