I look forward to dressing up for Halloween. I couldn’t care less about Christmas though. I’m just after some vacation time, that’s all.

When I was younger, and less of a willing participant in rampant capitalism, I used to just quit every few months and take time off until I was so broke I couldn’t even afford gas. 

Forgetting about the world is my new favorite thing to do! How’d you know?

But, also, Warrior Nun sounds interesting… It’s kind of calling to me.

I just have intuition like that. 

Assisted in a particularly long surgery on a cat (don’t worry, he’s perfectly fine!) today, and now all I want to do is flop onto my couch and forget about the world. I’m pretty much done binging everything that’s been on my Netflix, Hulu and Disney+ list.. so, anyone have good recommendations for some mind numbing binge-worthy tv shows, or collections?

The Magicians, Umbrella Academy, Warrior Nun... just for a few. But you could also just put on Community if you want to forget about the world.

Is it just me or is anyone else wanting it to be the holiday season already? It might have to do with the fact that the beginning of the school year is quickly approaching, but I’m already looking for a break. 

I’m looking forward to Halloween, but that’s all. Christmas time gives me hives.
