when times is tough you gotta draw the girls in cute little outfits

obsession just came out at the wrong time for me. It is amazingly well made, well written, well acted, and well shot. It's tremendously scary. As a horror fan and a film fan, I can't help but have love and respect for it. the problem is my own; it's simply that I am not in the right mindset for a premise based on a kind of obsessive-love that is abusive, toxic and problematic.

at this moment in my life I would like to see more examination of the positive traits of obsessive-love, how it can actually be romantic and ideal in the right contexts.

some day, when I am over it, I will watch obsession in full and love it to bits. but just not today
