it started out innocent but now it’s a competition

he also likes to suprise you with dinner from time to time

because he wants to one up you make you feel appreciated

when cuddling on the bed, he likes any positions that involves the two of you being wrapped in one another

so sometimes it’s the normal position, other times it’s the honeymoon hug, and sometimes it’s just him laying on you or vice versa

if you two are cuddling on the couch, he demands loves you laying on him with your head on his chest

he’ll have the sweetest petnames for you

and if you’re too sad to leave your bed, he’ll feed you and make you take a bath

he’ll carry you to the livingroom and put on your favourite movie or show

sometimes he has bad days too, just like everyone else, and he won’t expect anything from you but you always do the same thing he does to you minus you carrying him

and he’s always grateful because he never expects it

he’ll probably want to just lay with you on the couch, with his head on your chest

because you just make him happier in general

he’ll facetime and call you regularly, but he’ll mostly text you and send you pictures of him and the boys

or just random stuff, like a picture of a rock that was in the shape of a heart

and you’ll send him pictures of you, and random stuff too

he’ll always remind you to eat and stuff, cause he worries about you

if he’s away doing his idol stuff and he gets sad, he’ll just call you and ask you to talk about whatever

because you really do make him happy

if you get hurt, he’ll kiss your ‘boo-boo’ and put a band-aid on it

if someone firlted with you, knowing you were with him, he’d be a mix of emotions

but mostly offended and mad, so he’ll come up behind you and wrap his arms protectively around you

and glare at the guy who was hitting on you, and pull you into him as he kissed your cheek

and because he’s scary when he’s mad, that always scares off whoever it was

he wouldn’t be one to fight, more of just show off how you two were together, and how you had eyes for only him

publicly, he’d still be affectionate, just not as much as behind closed doors

hand holding, kissing your cheek, his arm around you, linking your arms together, him hugging you from behind, etc.

he’d be a bit of a rollercoaster

but not one of those rollercoasters with a lot of loops, more like a kiddie rollercoaster

with like little itty bitty bumps

because he’d be really relaxed so dating him wouldn’t really be a lot of trouble

but if you two ever fought, he’d always apologize when he was wrong

and if he wasn’t, and the fight was about something petty, he’d apologize anyway

and you would too bc it really was a petty fight

but he won’t apologize if he did nothing wrong, to him it defeats the point of an apology

so if he doesn’t apologize within a day, that’s how you know it was your fault

so, if you’re with namjoon, you’re going to have to be a little mature in that department

because if there’s one thing he doesn’t do, it’s deal with constant petty fights

onto something happier, he loves touching you in a nonsexual way

sometimes it’s a bit suffocating

but he won’t really stop if you tell him, he honestly won’t remember

so he’ll always be holding your hand, or have his arm linked around yours, or rest his head on your shoulder

he really loves you and that’s probably why he likes skin-to-skin contact with you so much

don’t get the wrong impression though and think he’d be nothing but serious

because ho boi are you in for a surprise

he’d get excited over the smallest things but he’d try not to seem nearly as excited as he was

and he’d end up breaking things

but he breaks things on accident on a daily basis so it’s no surprise there

he’d also surprise you with really romantic dates that he constructed himself bc he’s that guy

like he’d set up a dinner date at home with candles and petals and a really yummy dinner

especially if it’s some special occasion like y’all’s anniversary or something

he probably didn’t make the dinner himself bc he’s so clumsy

but you actually don’t mind bc that means you don’t have to clean anything up, and it’s the thought that counts

plus the dinner is always really really good

he likes kissing you, in any way possible, and he’s never voiced a favourite

but he kisses the back of your hand a lot, half the time he does it subconsciously 

when you two are cuddling or going to sleep he likes the typical spooning position

but if you two are on the couch then he’s more than happy to lay down with you in between his legs and your head resting on his stomach, or vice versa

or if he’s trying to annoy you, or just fuck around, he’ll do The Pancake Stack and just lay himself right on top of you like a pancake

when he’s away he’ll facetime you and call you, but it’s usually the latter bc he’s probably got limited time and if he facetimes you he won’t want to get off

he’ll get worried pretty easily when he’s away, even if it’s something small

when he’s going to sleep, sometimes he’ll call you and ask you to keep talking until he’s asleep bc your voice comforts him

if you’re ever depressed or sad, he’s really great at giving you advice, or just letting you vent, or whatever you need

you name it, he’ll be there with it

he doesn’t like seeing you sad, so he’ll do things to try to cheer you up

like telling you embarrassing and funny stories, and that always makes you laugh

and he’ll smile when you smile

because he loves you with his whole heart

and if someone ever flirted with you knowing you were his girlfriend, he’d be taken aback

he’d probably say something snappy at first, without even thinking of it, and he’d remove the two of you from the situation

he wouldn’t want anything to escalate, but if the guy kept doing it, then he’d have to have a word with him

he’d try to keep things calm, so he wouldn’t throw the first punch

he’s more like yoongi in the sense that he’d probably do something to get the guy kicked out

he wouldn’t be the type to makeout in public, unless it was somewhere mostly private (like the library example i used in yoongi’s bf post)

and you wouldn’t get caught most of the time bc he’d be listening out for someone coming

but normally, h’ed do small things like kiss your cheek or put his arm around your waist
