Allie Sweetie is the youngest
And most innocent of the neighborhood.
His first appearance was in season 3 in
episode called " little lost child in the neighborhood".
Frank and Wally found him in the forest while
they painting about butterflies. Allie is now adopted
By Frank and the neighborhood Is now a family to
him. He is the only neighbor who doesn't own a
house so he lived in Franks cottage and stays at neighborhood houses for sometimes. He is only a toddler
At his age and he is learned around the neighborhood.
Allie became another best friends of Julie and Frank but he is one of Wallys best friends in third place.
Allie is a small fry and rod puppet and smaller than Wally.
