SO SO SO SILLY-VANILLY!

If it’s okay to ask do you have any advice for somebody who is trying to get better at doing line art? (no worries if u do not wish to answer)

I know it's overdone and everyone says the same thing but practicing with a pen you cannot erase really makes you put in the effort for clean line art 🙂‍↕️ that and understand that a wonky line is not a bad line, a lot of the time it lets the art breathe. Line art isn't perfect lines, it's figuring out how to show weight and volume through a line (to which I recommend either attending real live model paintings or going on this website, give yourself a set timer (the more drawings the better) and study for an hour)

I also recommend doing a couple of pages of just this, weekly

Hmm... Favourite movie.. hard pick with all these great movies coming out..probably Only Yesterday, the Ghibli film. I found a deep connection with the main character and the way the film flips back and forth between the present and past is well executed and charming. Adore the aesthetics and pacing of the film. I grew up on a farm in the middle of nowhere, so seeing the farming scenes AND the dedication to farming the male lead has towards it, made me fall in love with the film on a very personal level

Besides all of that, I seriously hope you're doing wonderful, or even just okay, and I want you to know to keep up the good work. Please don't ever stop pursuing art, your sdvn art really has made me smile and bring me joy with all the fluff you give of them.
