Whatâs wrong with this picture?
The red lines clearly indicate restroom occupation; however, the two green stick figures are ambiguous and can easily be mistaken for indicating two bathrooms on the plane. This was my view just a few rows back and with my (contact lens corrected) âperfectâ eyesight.
There was in fact only one restroom, which caused confusion for passengers patiently waiting.
The symbols could be enlarged and clarified not only for those with 20/20 vision, but also in consideration of those who arenât quite so fortunate.
(Southwest is still far and away my preferred airline!)
