No Jotun, no use of his female form, not a word about how abusive Odin was, not a word about New York not being his fault, he didnt get costume upgrade like Sam & Wanda,he didnt unlock any new magic which we all thought he would especialy after he said 'i guess we are stronger than we realize'. In finale he is emotionally where he was in episode 1. And as powers go,too. I see no character growth nor development. Whole show,HE WAS JUST THERE. But story was about other people.

So. The whole series was done only to introduce Multiverse & they used Loki's name for it. Just like when they were introducing Thanos.

because that is the only way they can glorify other characters.

They give another character magic but not our Tom's Loki, because they must show how powerful someone else is,but if Loki was too, noone would pay attention to that other character

They turn him into a complete fool while another character knows everything, because apperently life is black & white and people are either idiots or geniuses and nothing in between,like writers telling us you either know nothing or everything

They dont allow Loki any char. development, he is either villain or he is suddenly a good guy, no idea where it came from, and my beloved antihero and antigonist, nor black nor white but grey is gone, because writers see everything as only black & white and Loki must be evil or angel. Nothing in between exists in heads of writers.

(WV and TFATWS introduced too new strong characters but none of the shows were centered around them, WV was about Wanda & dealed with her grief & traumas, TFATWS was about rasism and Bucky even got therapy, only Loki's show isnt even about Loki instaed about a new character and new organization and after 5 episodes I still have no idea WHO the Loki in the series that Im watching IS. He is irrelevant to the plot,remove him from the show & nothing big changes, he hasnt said nor done anything groundbreaking or game changing in the 5 episodes,he didnt even look like Loki except for first 4 minutes of E1.

Hearing Odin say that he loves him. 

Realizing that he and Thor are still together and talking. And that they watched Odin die together. For one small, incremental moment, he wasn’t alone in something awful. 

The death of his parents is so painful that he has to look away from the screen. Then quickly looks back up upon hearing Thor talk. 

Maybe you’re not so bad after all brother,

Loki laughs quietly, because Thor gets him. And Loki feels that for the first time in a very long time. Then Thor offers to hug him, and Loki smiles. And laughs. The first, genuine smile and laugh that we’ve gotten from him since Thor 1 (at this point in the timeline): 

And by the Norns, they hugged. You can freakin see it in his face. 

And then he goes forward, because surely, surely there is more good memories like these here. Of course there are, he and Thor are finally talking. Their parents may be dead, but Thor’s love means so much to him it’s the first thing that breaks Loki out of his stoic mask. 

Look at him, still hopeful, still wanting. 

And then Thanos makes an on-screen appearance.
