I've spent this weekend going to drive thru to drive thru, making rich meals at home and finishing the day with shakes till my stomach can't take it. I feel slow, heavy and lethargic, my body is screaming for a break and I refuse to give it one. This feeling of overwhelming it with calories and fat is so validating, knowing I'm pushing it closer to what I want. It's all intoxicating
