Stay hugry

"Hugry" is a slang-word that identifies a person’s need to be hugged. It is very similar -for assonance and spelling- to the need for food known as being hungry. "Hugry" is mainly used to define and confine a specific situation in which basically who’s hugry is suffering for the loss of something/someone and consequently in need of a hug. I think this view is quite limited. Being hugry is a state of mind. In my own personal acceptation being hugry relates to the wish to keep tenderness deep in one’s heart. It’s something precious and irreplaceable. Stay hugry.

The prompt

I am so angry most of the time. With no one indeed. I am angry, that’s it. For job-matters, for every-day complexity, for unsatisfied expectations and so on. I am not going to say that life was unfair with me, because life is unfair with many people that are still kind and lovable. I am not. I am sour, too often. And even if I try to control myself, it doesn’t take much to let the demon come to light. I don’t want to hit people with my bad attitude. I don’t want to let them breathe my disappointment, my lack of love, my loneliness or whatever I feel I am missing. I don’t want to be angry anymore.

So..

I am trying and make a change. I want to do something to cultivate my sleepy tender side. I want to crystallize those moments through photography and to keep in mind how the grumpiest facial expression changes into pure beauty thanks to a single hug.
